Vacation rentals with lake access in Island of Montreal

The host was responsive and accommodating and the home was just as beautiful as shown in the picture’s. First time visiting Canada and never had a bad meal at any restaurants. We had a great stay. Thank you.

We had a great time in a fabulous spot. Best weekend of my summer this year. We saw river otters and a Cormorant while sitting on the deck in the back yard. This cottage is gem in a paradisiac environment.

Lovely space, we were 3 sibblings with our families - room for everyone to hang out and spread out. We appreciated the great kitchen and comfy furniture. Beds were comfortable and we were able to have our dogs as well.

Great place for families, couples or someone needing to write a book. Highly recommended future guests.

Staying at Rose's place was wonderful. Everything was exactly as described and she was a gracious host. The home itself was spotless and quite nice, and everything that we needed was provided. The beds were also very comfortable. The neighbourhood was peaceful and anything you might need was located just a short walk up the road. We would most certainly return to this location for another stay. Thanks for everything Rose! Keep up the great work!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter weekend at this lovely chalet. The house was clean & well kept. Any issue was met with an immediate response from Paul & dealt with in person. I strongly recommend this chalet for a quiet, little getaway.

Florenc's chalét was impecable than we thought it would be. Everything we needed was well organazed and equipped. She was always responsive when I needed her. The chalet gives so much warm vibe and is full enough to have aestherical inspiration with ineffable beauty of the nature surrouded. One thing it was a little shame for us was we wish we visited in other seasons because we could not use fire wood and couch outside of the balcony. Nevertheless, we were happy enough to have relished winter season per sé. No doubt that we will visit here again and we could not recomment it enough.

Jean-Martin's place was absolutely beautiful! He was super responsive and gave clear instructions. We are a big group and the house gave us tons of space. It was immaculately clean! The spaces were beautiful inside and out. I would definitely suggest this place to friends and family. Thanks for everything Jean-Martin:)

Loved that there was a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and appliances. Plenty of breakfast food left in the fridge. Location perfect for buses, and a 10 minute walk to the river.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is nestled in the heart of the old town, full of charm and history, yet it offers all the modern comforts one could ask for. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful—making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. The apartment itself is warm, cozy, and tastefully decorated with elegant touches that reflect its historic surroundings. It has real character, with beautiful details that make it feel both unique and romantic. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy a peaceful getaway.

5 stars! Perfect relaxing stay.

We spent a couple of days in September at Catherine's place and it was fantastic. We found the house to be very well appointed (particularly the kitchen!) and some of the extra amenities were nice to have (the sauna was very nice). It was great being right on the St. Lawrence River and peaceful to sit on the deck, watch the birds and enjoy a cup of coffee during the sunrise. We did a bit of fishing off the deck and found it to be surprisingly good! Being right on the water the mosquitos were really bad, but I think that is probably to be expected. The house is on a busy road, so if you are like us and bring your four-legged friend along, walking them on a road with folks driving by at 60+ mph is a bit unsettling. We made a couple of trips into Montreal, and while it's a bit of a hike (~50 miles), it was a fairly easy drive and took about an hour. Overall we had a really nice time and we would certainly recommend to anyone looking to spend some time on the river around Montreal!

great stay with family, the cottage is beautiful and it felt like home. The common areas are spacious and we were able to take the opportunity to spend Christmas. the SPA is a real plus

Super nice and big airbnb, we were 8 girls and it had plenty of room for all of us. Very clean, very cozy. Guillaume was quick to respond and very friendly! Really, had a wonderful weekend. 👌🏼

Carlo’s place is very conveniently located with a view of the Ottawa River as it flows into the St. Lawrence River. The house is very comfortable for casual living with open backyard and kayaks for warm weather recreation.

My wife and I loved our stay here, it was the perfect private retreat that we were looking for to decompress from the city. We had everything we needed and the hosts were very kind!

Beautiful little cottage, a little more outdated than the photos suggest. Cleaning, especially the fridge, could have been a bit more meticulous. However, we had a pleasant stay: the accommodation is friendly and suitable for families. Lots of things to do nearby: walking/skiing/skating on the lake, tobogganing, close to ski resorts. Hosts accommodating and present.

The beauty of the scenery goes exactly with this superb house in the woods near a lake thank you for this perfect experience with lots of snow the ski runs not far away it was perfect , we will come back to Canada and I recommend this house 🙏❤️

Lovely cottage in a very safe neighborhood. I stayed during the cold winter months and was extremely comfortable and the cottage has everything you’ll need. The yards are also great. I especially appreciated the fast response to any questions I had for Catherine. Friendly hosts! I highly recommend this gem. Thank you for a great stay! 😊
