Shared garden and laundry room. Although the house is surrounded by woods and vineyards, it is only a 2-minute drive (15-minute walk) from the bus stop and a bar/bakery, and a 15-minute drive from the centre of Bellinzona. The Bellinzona-sud motorway exit is a 5-minute and 25-minute walk from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.

A “grottino” (NL-00003565) is a small, detached two-room house: on the ground floor, there is a living area with a small kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cubicle; on the first floor, there is a sleeping area with a double bed. It can only accommodate two adults, and a private parking space is available a few metres away. There's no TV. Quiet and sunny area, surrounded by greenery, with a large garden for guests.
