Although the house is surrounded by woods and vineyards, it is only a 2-minute drive (15-minute walk) from the bus stop and a bar/bakery, and a 15-minute drive from the centre of Bellinzona. The Bellinzona-sud motorway exit is a 5-minute and 25-minute walk from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.
