Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Jaco

House is located in a gated community - with closed gate at nights with guard. Open car porch. House structured for large groups to have their privacy, with really nice space for large group gathering. Three of five rooms have built-in bathroom. Full kitchen with more appliances than I have seen in other similar rental - heavy duty blender, rice cooker, slow cooker, etc. Lots of pots, flatware and cutlery. A/C and fan in all the rooms, including living area. Pool a few house down - I did not use, but I did see a bunch of towels for beach and pool. Easy walk to the town and the beach. Really nice large washing machine and dryer. The house is not sparkly new, however everything worked really well. I felt really safe and at home.

5 stars I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, great location, and spacious house. The location was perfect, close to everything (not even a ten minute walk) but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend going to KOKOs for dinner and drinks. The host Brian was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. I especially appreciated the little touches like the beach chairs and boogie boards. The house was great for large group, we had 8 people there and because of the open concept we could all eat, play games, enjoy some drinks together and watch the game. Great kitchen, lots of storage and was happy to see this place come with cleaning supplies so you can clean up easily as you go. Nice back yard with a place to lounge and an awesome balcony upstairs thats perfect for tanning. The community is extremely clean, very well maintained and has a large pool only a 3 minute from the house. I’d definitely stay here again!!

I'm conflicted on writing this review because I want the house to be available next time I come back and anyone that stays here will definitely stay again! The location is at the south end of Jaco on the main road. We had a very short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants in the immediate area. Everything else was within a less than 5 minute drive. The house itself was perfect for our group of 5 guys and could have held even more. The house was beautiful and clean. We had plenty of privacy but did not feel like we were too far from anywhere. The pool is a must and it was perfect for our stay. The air conditioning in each room worked great to keep us cool during the warmer days. The team was very responsive with any and all needs. We received recommendations for local places that we can say were great recommendations. I have no regrets staying at Fishbonz and would GLADLY book this stay over and over. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

My friends and I spent the last five nights at Matthew’s property and thoroughly enjoyed the home and environment from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The house and backyard pool layout are very unique and well laid out for a good time shared with friends. I highly suggest considering Matthew’s property for anyone looking to enjoy their own slice of paradise in Playa Hermosa!

Everything was perfect! The location and the house all met our expectations. Danny & the team were always kind and approachable. When we found that wasps were building a nest at the house, the team was there within an hour and the issue was resolved immediately. The pool was clean and in the best condition. We had the best vacation and would be happy to come back!

It is a very safe place, very close to everything, private, and very clean. I liked the place.

It's well worth the stay! It has everything it advertises and the parking lot is close to the apartment so you don't have to walk much with the suitcases. The lapas arrived in the mornings to eat in a tree annex to the property and from the room they could be seen with the naked eye. There is bakery and super on the same street, and it's a few blocks away from downtown Jaco.

Rocío helped us super fast even though we made an early booking everything was ready, the place is super clean and you manage to find everything you need to have a good stay. The place we had had a pool table that gave us a super entertaining evening, we also had access to the pool of the complex that has saved us from the strong jacó heat. It will undoubtedly be my first choice on my next visits to Jacó.

This place was a little piece of heaven. The location, the amenities, the attention to detail, the TACOS - impeccable. Best side of Jaco Beach and Gracias Madre is right on it, just walk out the gate and there you are. Yet because the apartments are recessed a bit, the rooms felt private and secluded. The little pool is lovely, as are the design-forward references to dia de los muertos that permeate the decor. The apartment is one I'd live in (and I really wish I could have stayed longer), had absolutely everything you'd need and want, including complementary little items like chocolate covered dried banana in the cupboard, sunscreen and beach mats by the door, usb chargers and Bluetooth speakers on the bedside tables. The appliances are all top notch as are the cookware and glassware. The A/C from the mini split was reliably refreshing and the bed was perfect. But maybe the best part was the TACOS served at the attached restaurant - ate three different kinds and loved them all.

Overall a great stay/location. Checking in was a little tricky.

we loved the location !! Large appartement with everything we needed. 5 minutes to nice restaurants and shops. Phil and Annik were greatxat recomanding places to visit and were very responsive. Would definitly go back.

Clear instructions on the check-in. Accommodated an early check-in for us and had no problems with the stay.

A spectacular place with amazing views and incredible amenities. The pool clubhouse is honestly perfect. There were some extra check out instructions sent over (garbage, A/C settings, et cetera) that I did not see until several hours after checking out, but they were very reasonable and I would have been happy to comply if I had seen them in time. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

Excellent accommodation, very well equipped. Comfortable bedding, impeccable cleanliness. We had a wonderful stay at Guillermo's place with whom the communication was very nice. We will be back!

this place is gorgeous and so peaceful. having full access to the resort next door was extremely convenient. security called us a taxi any time we needed and they were never more than 5 minutes away

Super cute the apartment and pool is very close to the apartment! There is a gym also the pool pair!

This place is very well located and beautiful view from the 8th floor. The condo is very nice, the pool is big and great for children. We had a great time and Ricardo was such an excellent host. We will definitely come back
