Wonderful weekend stay - accurately described & clean! Has everything we needed in an ideal location - lovely to be greeted on arrival too!

we spent two weeks at Pippa's place. it was everything that we were told and more. Pippa, Matt and the children were very welcoming and friendly. The Annexe is very spacious clean and comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would happily stay there again in the future and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family

We had a wonderful family stay at Songbirds, the sun shone all week! Excellent communication from booking to the journey home. Rory and team have created a home from home which is exceedingly well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the generous and peaceful outside space. Songbirds is situated in a good location with many beautiful beaches, walks and attractions just a short drive away. Thank you!

Gorgeous place for myself partner and our nearly 3 year old and 5 month old fox red lab - all the amenities required A beautiful bedroom and relaxEd living space - the farm has plenty of space for walks and off lead enclosed field - Bude is only 20 minutes drive but for dogs Sandymouth and black rock beaches are a must visit with fab cafes x don’t be put off by not being in the centre - perfect excellent value for money- we would recommend the 16th century local pub/ eatery x
