Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on small enclosed gravel road in quiet cottage area. Large almost completely enclosed, secluded plot with sun all day. Possibility of ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and exit to the sun farm. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. Here's room for everyone, whether you want to put a puzzle or read, play, or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located on their own distribution hall with sliding doors to the sun farm.

Guest house with private shower and toilet

45 minutes from Copenhagen and 5 minutes from Frederikssund, is this small guesthouse with its own shower and toilet and small courtyard. The house is close to both the Roskilde and Issefjord and the large forests around Jægerspris. A smaller dog lives in the main house who has access to the patio and garden. There is no smoking inside the small guesthouse There are takeaways within a 5 km radius; sushi, thaifood, pizza, macdonald, burgers, grill, Asia, chinese No smoking inside, you may smoke outside in the patio area

Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the canopy of the North Forest and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue you can really relax, recharge, and enjoy nature on the highest levels. Minutes from forest, beach, and close to shopping. We have designed our house as an adult house for four. Children over 15 are welcome. The house is built in 2022/2023 and we take good care of it. There is a charging box for electric car and hybrid car

Cozy cottage with one bedroom and one guest house. 700 meters to the beach. There’s a fireplace for cold days and two terasses and a large private garden for warm days. Both house and guest house is non smoking area. The second bedroom is the guest house which is seperate from the main house. The mainhouse has central heating and a fireplace and is also very cozy and nice in the winter. Electricity usage is not included in the rent.

Albergo Lorenzo

Albergo Lorenzo is placed on our farm in the countryside. From Albergo Lorenzo you have a view over our vineyard and horse fields. Here is peace and quiet. Albergo Lorenzo is made by furniture designer Bent Ole Lorentzen, and is inspired by the Tiny House idea. In Albergo Lorenzo you have a toilet and handwash - bath is in our solar heated shower hut. You also have a little indoor teakitchen and a table for indoor dining.

Small oasis in cozy area

Welcome to our lovely little oasis. Our wooden cottage of 48km2 contains one bedroom, kitchen, living room and a bathroom. Next to the main house, we have built an annex of 19 km2, which we are very happy about. You will have access to the annex if you book for more than 2 people.
