Monthly Rentals in Jamaica Island

Had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to go back. This ended up being super close to my family and helped make my trip out so much better. Lisa was super nice and very quick to respond to questions. Everything was as described and the instructions and note were really helpful in getting me setup. I slept super comfy and felt right at home. I will definitely try to book this again the next time I’m out.

I absolutely loved the sunset through the bridge while sitting on the porch it was absolutely beautiful. It was a quiet and if I had any issues they weee addressed right away. I would definitely come back to Dakotas again absolutely.

This is a gorgeous home with everything you need for a comfy stay. I particularly enjoyed relaxing in bed with the fireplace on. The location is perfection, with multiple restaurants within a couple blocks. Don’t miss breakfast at Lil’s Cafe. The breakfast sandwiches and almond croissants were our favorites. If we’re ever in the area again, we will definitely want to return to Darryl’s home!

Great place to stay, highly recommend, easy to find location right across the bridge from Portsmouth. Easy access to the interstate. Very high quality stay. Great host, very communicative and helpful. 10/10 would stay again.
