Monthly Rentals in Jaro

Sir Joel was very accommodating and responsive to any questions I had. I definitely felt at home. The house was spacious and the room was comfortable. The aircon was a plus after a long day out. The location is about 15 minutes away from Jaro plaza and Cathedral so it’s a perfect spot if you’re looking to adventure around. Sir Joel also assisted me with finding a driver to take me back to the airport in the very early morning hours. Definitely worth the price and would want to come back on my next trip. Thank you sir for allowing me in your space! I highly recommend this spot to any travelers looking to stay in Iloilo!

It was such a lovely and relaxing stay --we are torn between exploring tbe city and just staying inside because it is THAT cozy. Truly a home away from home. The first time I inquired and messaged Ms. Fatima, I just know that this will be a memorable and one of the best bnbs that we stayed at. Kudos to the host for being patient with my inquiries and generous with our request-- really appreciate it! :) Essential kitchen amenities are useful as well as the pail and dipper in the bathroom! Haha, that really nailed it..we might have experienced slow internet at times but that did not spoil our stay. Can't wait to be back and thank you so much again!

Benjie's place is legit, the best airbnb I have ever been to. The interior design evokes warmth and gives a homy feeling. experience is hotel like. they are also complete with all amenities. it is peaceful and safe. i will surely book this room again. i really love the interiors as an architect myself. 🥰😇❤️

True to its name, it truly is a cozy attic. I had a great stay and the owners are warm, friendly and helpful. The property is also situated in a quiet and peaceful subdivision but is not difficult to locate. Thank you to Ms. Angel and Tita Christine!
