Surrounded by woods and nature, you'll enjoy peaceful, quiet nights listening to soothing sounds of wildlife. Located halfway between the historic town squares of McDonough and Covington. Close to Jackson Lake. We are 35 miles to Atlanta. Wifi is provided, but we are rural so it can be patchy. Limited to 2 total guests-including infants/children.

The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

Welcome to our charming lake cottage! Dogs welcome, baby amenities available! On Jackson Lake, 1 hr from Atlanta, our cottage with private dock (with kayaks-two adult and one child size) is the perfect spot to unwind. With picture-ready furnishings, white cotton and linen bedding, and subtle antique decor, our cottage exudes a warm vibe that will make you feel right at home. Please note: no wild parties and no drug use. Our neighbors don't deserve to hear or smell any nonsense. Thank you!
