Amazing views on the mountains from the terrace and balcony on the second floor. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Despite the frosty weather, it was warm inside. There's a fireplace that will help you to make the atmosphere even more cozy. I highly recommend Martina's place for winter holidays!

Very spacious apartment for large families, a somewhat separate guest room with its own small bathroom is ideal for inviting an "appendix." The furnishings are great, everything is available, including fondue rechaud and raclette oven. You can tell that the hosts are often in the apartment themselves. The location is very good, just below the dream slope. Very clean and generously equipped with terry towels and bed linen. The master bathroom with hot tub is very nice, also the terraces and the fireplace, which may be used, enhance the apartment. We didn't try the pizza oven, but in summer it would certainly be a highlight! Two cars can be accommodated without any problems, another would have to be placed in the "lower underground garage," which is really very very narrow. Even the manager advised us not to use it unless we had a small car. We didn't try. :-)

We were allowed to spend a few great days in beautiful Allgäu. We immediately felt very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. He is a pleasant host. Everything worked out! Due to the great and easy to use wood stove in the living room, we often had a nice fire in the evening, which we appreciate very much in winter days. The location has a super equipped kitchen, hammer good barista coffee and is also dog friendly. The bedding and mattresses were top notch. There is no unnecessary clutter in the house. We'd love to come back anytime!

Fantastic house, which is wonderfully renovated and very comfortable. The large open kitchen, terrace and living room are perfectly designed for several people. The location is great, shopping and the center are within walking distance within minutes. The contact with the host and the handover were uncomplicated and pleasant.

You arrive at the accommodation thanks to the directions given and you are at home! Very well equipped, local products, everything to make you a meal. If you need anything, it's present in the accommodation, whether it's food, towels or robes, hobbies, tourist information, bandages , wood to heat you up. The sauna and jacuzzi are very pleasant after a day of hiking. The only downside is the room and its accessibility. A miller's ladder gives you access to a very low attic room. You have to bend to get into the bed. This is not suitable for the elderly with knee problems. I would recommend this place to friends.

Amazing place and loved staying at Carola’s apartment. Beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. The host was so friendly and went out of her way to accommodate a birthday for us both. Location is perfect. Great views and close to town for shopping etc. good access - felt like a home away from home. If you are looking to stay in the Dolomites then look no further and book this place. Great facilities in the apartment, perfectly designed and loads of space for couples or families. Perfect for dogs as well. Private garden and balcony and also a secure garage for parking. We will definitely be returning again as soon as we can. 5 star!

Enjoyed a week in apartment Ammonit. Complete apartment, everything neat and clean. Hostess responded quickly to questions. Very nice area. We love hiking in the mountains. Piller Moor and Kaunertal highly recommended. Beautiful

We had a great stay in Sautens. The location is great, an easy drive to all sorts of things to do and shopping. Very walkable to necessities as well as the walking/bike path to other towns. Apartment was very clean and comfortable! One thing to note is that the ceiling height in the kitchen is lower, my husband is 6’3” (190cm) and had to duck a little while helping me cook and do dishes :)

What a great house this is! We enjoyed! Lovely house, everything you need is there, beautiful garden and surroundings. Furthermore, our host helped us very well when it turned out that we had to go to the hospital unexpectedly. For which our big thank you🙏! You are about 40 minutes from Kühtai, where a great ski slope awaits you. More for the already somewhat experienced skiers. In short: this house, the beautiful surroundings and the incredible kindness of Kristin, makes this a place where we would like to come back.

Stayed at Angelika’s beautiful home for 4 nights to ski at Garmisch-Classic, the home is in a perfect spot in between Hausberg and Kandahar Express, the house has incredible fittings all throughout, beautiful views of the mountains from both the kitchen and living room. Angelika was always incredibly responsive and helpful, even late at night! 14/10 would stay here again.

One of the best Air B&B locations we’ve stayed at. The view was incredible and the town was great for outdoor adventures. Hiking and skiing from the front door. We liked it so much we stayed an extra day. We’ll be back!

Very lovely and accommodating hosts! We were able to check in 2-3 hours earlier:) Everything is great! Very nice apartment and very clean! I was there with my friends and it was great! We got recommendations for the area. The lake is not far away (there is also parking there). It was great! I'd love to come back! :)

Host was very accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Home is situated in an incredible landscape with close proximity to skiing, which was the main reason for the stay. Would absolutely return.

The place is highly recommended. There's nothing missing. There is also a great swimming pool and sauna. Bathrobes and sauna towel are available in the apartment. The view over the lake and the Karwendel Mountains is unique and fantastic. A place to recover. Very quiet. Directly at the house starts the path around the lake and there are many hiking trails in the area. A trip to the Herzogstand is recommended. In good weather you can see the Zugspitze. Lake Walchensee is beautiful and has this unique color. In the village, however, there is almost no shopping (the cafe on the lake for the essentials) and to Kochel am See, you have to drive over a serpentine road. That should be borne in mind. The landlady pointed this out to us beforehand and we were prepared. Excellent communication, with all the important information hardly before arrival. Everything as described and a great place to stay. Everything as described and in the photos in the ad.

We have just returned from a trip to Sautens where 5 of us stayed at Jessica’s place. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed (and more!) and had gorgeous views. We went for a ski trip and there is ski storage at the property and a ski bus that goes to Oetz almost right outside the apartment. Jessica was very accommodating and lovely and we felt at home. We will definitely be returning - thanks for such a great trip!

I was in the really nice and lovingly furnished apartment over the Easter holidays. It looked exactly like the pictures. I especially loved the fully glazed wall, which had the view outside of the beautiful mountains at all times. The only downside was that the garden currently still needs to recover from the previous construction site. But the seeds are probably already sown again. The beautiful terrace can still be used. Also fantastic was the access to the hotel's wellness area, including a cozy bathrobe. Your own small apartment where you have everything and at least simple dishes can cook without any problems and a wellness area, where else is there. And I can only confirm the review about the bed: super comfortable. Conclusion: I don't think you're doing anything wrong with renting this little gem. Thank you to Helmut and the friendly staff of the hotel.

very nice stay! recommended. ideal for two, but as an adult with two children it also went well. just a pity that we could not enjoy the swimming pool because of renovation works, but Petra definitely compensated for that. perfect base for beautiful walks nearby. recommended!!!
