I recommend this property. Apartment 4, where we were with 4 people, is really big. Huge living room with kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, hallway. The bathroom had towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine for 3.5 kg load, a bowl, and a stool for children. In the kitchen there is a double induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishwasher cubes, cloth, sponge, dish soap, dustpan, tableware, etc. Stools and 4 chairs on the terrace. We were in New Year's Eve and I'll say it was hot in the property to the point that we had unscrewed heaters. In the living room, there is a huge couch that is 1.6m x 2m when unfolded. The apartment also had a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, etc. There is amazing contact with the host, responds quickly to messages, answers the phone, she is very helpful at check-in.

We were allowed to spend 4 nights in the "small factor". The place is great and very tastefully decorated. Our check in was super straightforward. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped as well as clean with a great shower. The kitchen is functional, only when cooking it gets a little tight with a corresponding pot size on the induction hob at some point. But don't do anything, because the small brewery at the foot of the driveway makes delicious food at reasonable prices. All in all a clear recommendation.

Kristina provided a great apartment with everything that you need for a 3-day stay. The communication with the Host was great and the hiking locations were breathtaking. I'd definitely recommend this apartment to you if you were looking for a place to sleep over night while experiencing the beauty of the polish Giant Mountains.

Great hosts. Very responsive and helpful with even ad hoc requests. Place situated in good distance for Prague visits (you can leave car at Cerny Most parking and travel with metro to old town). Our stay in Großschönau was amazing. Bernd's place was the right choice for a long weekend away from the big city. The listing was cleaned, cosy and true to the pictures: we immediately felt home. The surroundings are fantastic and you find yourself not far from Säschsische Schweiz and Czech Republic is literally around te corner: you can easily reach Krasna Lipa in 20 minutes and enjoy delicious craft beers and hiking trails. Neighbors and people in general were friendly and always smiling. We appreciated Bernd's availability when it came to be flexible about check-in and check-out. Definitely a place to stay.

This was our second visit to Ewelina's apartment and of course we really enjoyed it! We had a little problem with the towels when we checked in, which was resolved within 10 minutes thanks to Ewelina's quick response and actions. As I wrote in my first review, the apartment is spacious and the views are breathtaking. The sauna and pool are fantastic after hiking. Highly recommended! ☺️

This stay was truly exceptional. A quiet and pleasant environment to relax, lots of places to go with even the possibility of borrowing bikes. When it comes to the accommodation directly,.. I have nothing to complain about, a bathing barrel, a sauna, the possibility of grilling - great! Projector for pleasantly spent evenings, perfect for a romantic and indulgent stay. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back and enjoy the same comfort here as we are now.

I made a reservation at Villa Sonata for my parents who were delighted with their stay :) Clean room, beautiful views, efficient and easy communication with the host, nice neighborhood, close to the center, had a very successful stay and recommend this place to everyone:)
