Also has 50 " front porch to sit outside. 6 miles from Bristol Raceway,close to Johnson City, Kingsport, Jonesboro, Virginia, and North Carolina.Lots of things to do, like fishing, hiking,white water rafting,flea marketing,lots of close eating places. and breweries. The Fairy Tale cottage is a Sears and Roebuck house kit built in the early 1920's.The private apartment,separate from the rest of the house, has one queen bed and a roll away twin bed is available as well. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with loft and two gas fireplaces. Home is located in Tri-Cities, north Johnson City. Close to Bristol Motor Speedway, Tri-Cities Airport, Universities, and the Great Smokey Mountains. Sleeps up to eight people, with a king, 2 queen, pullout sofa, daybed, and futon. Home is very clean and is fully equipped with all the luxuries of home. Internet is provided. Breakfast items are included. No smoking, no parties, and no pets.
