The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Bike service – City of Nantes – Bicloo Station Close to tram and bus. Tram - Line 3 Bretagne or Jean Jaures stop Tram – Line 2 Place du Cirque stop Bus - Line C2, Talsensac stop If you use public transport, the apartment is accessible via TRAM line 2, Talensac or Viarme stop. Bedding, towels and dish towels are available. Baby equipment (baby bed and high chair) are available upon request. Remember to bring your sleeping bag!

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Welcome to the country of the Vilaine valleys, a stone's throw from the Corbinières valley between Rennes – Nantes and Redon, in the "Piais" cottage in Guipry-Messac (green station, 1st ecotourism label in France). The cottage is a building on my farm where I came as a little girl to milk the cows with my mom. It fell into ruin and I was able to renovate it 10 years ago and equip it inside and out so that you can enjoy it with your families and friends.
