A family of five can comfortably function on 24m2 with 38m2 of living space. The structure is a wooden building for permanent living, including hot water, infrared heating, air conditioning. A carefully restored historic farmhouse stands by the old castle. Apartment 4 is located on the ground floor, has a separate entrance and a private terrace. 2 rooms available + kitchenette. In the bedroom, a king size bed, a second single bed and a large TV. The living room has a sofa bed and a dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped: fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, tea and coffee. The bathroom is fully equipped. Parking is free on the premises.
