I wanted you to relax in the Azumino air and spend a lot of luxurious time. It is a 5-minute walk from Meishina Station from our facility, and 2 stops to Matsumoto Station on the Shinnoi Line. It is easy to go towards Nagano. Mt. Nagamine, abandoned lines, Daio wasabi, swaths, etc. are close by. Please enjoy Azumino sightseeing There is a "Maekawa" flowing right in front of you, such as canoeing, rafting, sap, etc. There is a "Longmenbuchi Canoe Stadium" and you can walk there, so it is also a great place to practice. Old Meisho Town is a local town, not a downtown area. The neighborhood is not downtown, so there is nothing. This is a house with a superb view overlooking Lake Nojiri. There are several ski slopes (Myoko, Kurohime, and Masao), about 15-20 minutes away, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy a wood-burning sauna and a stunning water bath. There are no private houses around, so you can also watch music and movies with loud noises. Since it is a house nestled in the mountains, we will do our best to take care of it, but during the warmer months, insects can be seen.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves dance. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but it's got an incredible view. Enjoy cooking with a kitchen counter with stunning views, condiments, and a cooker.(There is no equipment for BBQ.)

HAKU is a Japanese Style Villa. You can enjoy your private time as in your home. “HAKU“ is one of the readings of the character “百” which means “hundred”. Medieval Haiku poet, Basho Matsuo likened eternal passage of time to "百代の過客", a permanent traveller. In his time, a hundred years was expressed as eternal. HAKU was originally built as a farmer’s shed about a hundred years ago. It was recently relocated and renovated for another hundred years. HAKU will welcome you as traveling companions.

Welcome to our renovated 100years building. Enjoy our spacious home with an on-site sake bar in an old warehouse, open to both guests and locals. Use the hearth at your request; we'll light it upon arrival. Original wood, furniture, and equipment add a unique touch. A brief room tour is included during check-in. It’s comfortable enough to stay with minimum facilities and it left the feature of the original building. (One group only for a day) You’ll enjoy to see an apple farm. *If you have small children who can sleep with you, you can make a reservation for 5 people.
