We had a really nice stay in Kyoto. This appartment offered us enough space to store all our belongings while we were out exploring the city and its surroundings. We really liked the traditional layout! Choko was super responsive and always keen to Help. Thank you!

A diamond on Airbnb in Kyoto. 10” to the train station walking, slight uphill if pushing luggage is noticeable. Beautiful standard kitchen with efficient refrigerator, microwave, coffee pod coffee maker, updated newer water kettle, plenty of tea cups, Kids plates, fancy clothes wash dryer combo. One bath, but 2 separate toilet rooms (one upstairs), and an auxiliary sink/vanity works for larger family. Love the tatami mat Living room with view of zen garden. My preferred method of passport checking- paper and pen. Very smart area to secure luggage. Lots of hotel like amenities. Note. If you sleep western style, you need to request extra top sheets and extra pillows. By the way, taxis can pick up or drop off about 10 meters from the front door

Amazing location! One of the best Airbnb places I’ve stayed in. Host was very responsive and super helpful. Great Japanese aesthetic with modern amenities. Truly incredible stay. We almost didn’t want to leave the house to explore beautiful Kyoto. Hope to come back again!

It was a very perfect house, the host was very, very nice, the courtyard was particularly beautiful, and the cherry blossom trees in the yard were still open when they went, and bicycles were provided for us to ride.The coffee shop next to the house is very cozy, breakfast is very convenient👍

A very nice place in a nice location. Easy connection to the rest of the city. After 8 pm it is recommended to be quiet and no longer speak loudly, the walls are very thin.

this was THE BEST air bnb we ever stayed in. she was so thoughtful. not only did she give local recommendations, but also even left bandages, and shower towels, hair caps and all sorts of items just in case we needed them. she was so so kind and so lovely. I would definitely recommend to anyone else. if I'm back in Kyoto I would love to stay here again

I am very satisfied with this homestay, it is convenient to get in and out on the first floor, but it is not humid at all.Because the ground of the room is elevated.The homeowner had been very thoughtful to turn the heating on early when we arrived, which made us very warm.And the room is very clean and super comfortable! The location of this house is very good, it is very close to Inari Shrine, and it takes only two or three minutes to walk from the Jr line.The owner is also very friendly and provided us with a detailed tour of Kyoto, thank you very much. Couldn't recommend it more!I hope to check in again next time!

very quiet location. comfortable sleeping on floor futon beds. be prepared to travel for a night out as local area is pretty quiet. however local Indian restaurant is good if you want a break from Japanese food.
