Excellent place and an awesome host !! Host Shaly was very caring enquiring all through my travel even before checkin. Checkin and checkout process was so smooth. We had all the essential items to feel at home. Shaly was very helpful in providing the right guidance for the places to visit, place to eat with a very good round trip plans. Overall it was an awesome trip!!

family friendly accommodation. 2 big bedroom, spacious living room, dining room, separate kichen and private balcony. vehicle can park inside the property. the place was as per the description. the host and their family staying nearby, always respond to our request. parcel food available in 30 minutes from near by hotels. 4 properties in one compound, highly recommed for group travellers.

Jithin is a amazing host, he was kind enough to give us a early check-in. The rooms are pretty decent and both the rooms are equipped with AC (Much needed for the summer). Bathroom was clean and the TV was working fine. He has managed to put a playstation as well. loved the stay here. for basic cooking we used the kitchen to cook tea, coffee.

Its an excellent place for friends and family to have a relaxed weekend. This property is well thought and planned to have a positive energy, especially the garden lights at night are brilliant. Me and my friends was here for 2 days, we enjoyed a lot, great hospitaliy by the caretaker.

The property was nice and clean. We were a family of 10 and it was pretty spacious for us. Noel was very responsive and friendly, and he provided early check in which helped us a lot. Only caveat is that the property is located on a very narrow downward slope, which might be difficult to get to and park inside the property, especially on bigger vehicles.

It’s a great place with a great host. The host Sanjeev is a nice guy treats guests really well. He suggests really good places, take his suggestion. Boat rides good cafés. The place is really clean with a beach which is just 150 meters with a great view. You can tell him about the food you want 3 - 4 hours prior. The home food provided as breakfast was awesome. I really recommend this place. You can party in the balcony with decent music. The vibe is good. Overall experience is 10/10 top notch.

If you want a moment of respite from the hustle and bustle of the busy world, this place is the perfect escape for you. The place could've done with a bit of trimming of the plants in order to allow a better view of the lagoon and a washroom at a closer vicinity to the camp. Else, this place is actually perfect.

Beautiful stay at Thiruvananthapuram. Sad we could not stay for more than a day. The house is beautifully decorated and great for long stays. Really well setup, with all amenities you might need. No problems at all. The host is easily contactable. It’s very close to the airport as well, barely 500m away. definite recommendation especially for family trips

I stayed here again, and it was just as lovely as the first time. Ms. Savitha, the host, was really warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location is great, close to everything we needed. The facilities are clean and comfy, and parking was easy to find. Overall, a great place to stay, and I’d definitely come back!
