The guest house is located 1200 meters west of the city center, in a quiet and cozy neighborhood. The guest house consists of three buildings and a chalet that can accommodate 28 people. We have a large dining room , as well as a wood-burning sauna. Extensive parking with video cameras can accommodate 4 cars. The distance to the Karakol ski base is 12 km, the same - to the shore of Issyk-Kul.

It is located in a protected area, near the ski base, 4 km away from Karakol city. All rooms overlook the garden and surrounding mountains. It offers cozy rooms with warm floors and showers, wi-fi and a drying room for ski equipment. There is also a bar and restaurant, a brazier and a cauldron on site. We provide free delivery to the ski resort. It is possible to descend the ski slopes to the hotel. Sources, freeride, ski tour, horseback riding, hunting and fishing.
