About 300 meters from the house there is a sandpit with the possibility of bathing in clean water. The towns of Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem and Milovice can be found within 15 km. You'll love my place because the house is cozy and provides peace and quiet, including a large garden. If you like cycling, fishing or canoeing, you're at the right place. My place is great for couples and families (with kids).

The grassy beach with the entrance to the river is 150 m from the house, and the forest is about 20 m away. There are many cycling routes around the lowland and sand pits suitable for swimming.
