Very nice room, great location, great value for money. You can see Kata Beach from the balcony. It's very spectacular when the weather is good. The staff clean the room every 2-3 days. The room is a bit old, but it's very clean. Because it's on a hillside, there will be some small ants in the room, but it doesn't affect the second floor bedroom. The host is very welcoming and introduces the functional area. Very good accommodation experience. I will go again in the future

The host was great. I checked in last minute due to complications at another Airbnb, and host was prompt in making sure the space was ready for us to check in as soon as possible. I unfortunately had to cut my stay short due to my friend being physically unable to step in and out of high bathtub. The host was very understanding to the situation and took no time to process a refund. If you’re looking for a great location, great view, and living quarters and a host with great communication I would definitely recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

The apartment was wonderful. Looked exactly as in the photos and was in a good location. Ekaterina was a great host! Extremely responsive and very helpful whenever I needed. I especially loved the balcony which has a nice view of the sunset. Would recommend

I liked everything 1. Boris was always available. Our hair dryer broke, and in an hour Boris was ready to bring a new one. 2. After check-in, we had a plate of fruit and a couple of bottles of water. We had our own water, but it's always very nice 3. Very fast internet, and a comfortable desk for work. We worked on the trip, everything was very convenient 4. There is a hammock and a table on the balcony — while my wife had calls for work, I could work too and even take a little nap 5. It's not super close to the beach on foot, but we were in a car and went to other beaches. Also by car in 10 minutes there is a large Macro store, there is much more choice than in 7-11 6. The location is quiet, no sewage smells like a lower part of the city 7. Great drinking water machine, several times cheaper than 7-11
