“+ Very nice cozy a small Jane apartment. I lived there for a month and felt at home. A large fridge, two very quiet air conditioners, a large bed with pillows are really comfortable, a large TV with YouTube output, it was very useful because all the TV programs only in Thai. On the balcony there is a folding clothes dryer and an excellent washing machine with different modes. There are liquids for washing and flavorings, salt in the kitchen, sugar, oil, different sauces and so on. The bathroom with the shower are large and comfortable. Excellent large swimming pool is very clean, the whole area is well cared for, security is friendly. The sockets are the same as in Europe, no adapter needed. Jane is very welcoming and caring, she immediately answers all the questions on whatsapp and helps everything, it is very pleasant to communicate with her. At 100 m there is huge double modern Central Phuket Shopping Center, where there is absolutely everything and where you can walk without end. In the far half of this Center on the 4th floor there is the most profitable currency exchange. But near the house there are two other large supermarkets Marko and Big C Phuket (see Googlemap), where products and stuff are cheaper. A 10 minute walk through this center there is a bus stop for the airport, only 100 baht and 1.10 hours of travel. The buses run once an hour, ask Jane and she will send you all the information. Upon arrival Jane sent a taxi driver who met me at the airport and took me home for 600 baht, it was very convenient, but for the return I have already taken this bus. - There were not enough dishes, namely glass and wine glass, I bought them. Jane bought the rest. There are no lids for two small pots and a pan and it is inconvenient when cooking. Since the apartment is located in a large apartment building, sometimes in the swimming pool you find guests with children who are a bit noisy, usually not Russian or Chinese duchies, but often there is nobody there. In January, there was still a construction site in front of the house but it was already practically finished.”

“Ying’s villa is amazing and stylish. Lots of space for 5 of us. My girls love the movies room and even slept in there. The location is inside a golf course, so better to rent a car to get around. It’s close to Central Festival and the night markets ( Chillva). We love the Friends Cafe which is just outside the golf club. Good value local food. Ying is not around when we check in but her villa manager Oh took care of everything. She provided everything we need - fruits, coffee, tea, chips, coconut and even toothbrushes and toothpaste. The pool is great and we have a great time there. Instagram worthy. We have a great time there !”

“Claude is extremely helpful and very quick to respond. He arranged a taxi for my airport pickup and was always quick to answer any question I had. In Phuket, it's lovely to stay a little out of the way of all the craziness on patong beach but still an easy bus ride way. This is a great place if you want to relax by the pool or you have a vehicle to do some exploring. The apartment itself is extremely clean and smartly decorated. The staff at the apartment are very friendly and accommodating. They couldn't possibly be nicer. I would absolutely stay here again.”
