Really nice host and really nice place. Worth the money

The place is quiet, convenient and offers an amazing outdoor space - the decent size pool is clean and well-lit in the evenings, there's a great pool house you can chill in/by, and you can literally take walks around the yard, it's that big. It's also an amazing opportunity to observe some of the local wildlife from the comfort of your sunbed or the patio - we saw a number of colourful birds, monkeys, squirrels, and komodos. The breakfast was generous and VERY tasty, and a great opportunity to try some local food (e.g., sambol, chicken curry, lentil/dhal curry, rotti) alongside your standard Western breakfast options. The villa caretakers are the sweetest people - attentive, kind, and ready to help with absolutely anything and everything! They looked after us and made sure we had a great time at the villa. For us, that made a massive difference, and if we're ever back in Colombo, we would be returning to the Temple Pond Villa.

Neo and the crew was very helpful and flexible. The property was very clean and well maintained. The amenities were in good quality. We would love to stay again in the future.

An absolute hidden gem. The room was immaculate, with beautiful views and a lovely decor. The pool gives you a beautiful view of Negombo lagoon and you can enjoy the peaceful sounds of animals in the night. The staff were excellent, very polite and willing to help you at any time. This was a wonderful way to finish our trip to Sri Lanka, thank you.

Where to start really - this place is amazing. I should point out that Nimal and Ashan really made this place even more special with their care and attention. The villa itself was just how it looked in the pictures. There were a few minor things like a couple of the fans were not working or not there and a few repairs needed on the electrics (lighting) and it was looking like it needed some minor remedial work in places but this didn’t distract from the overall experience. The location was very peaceful and relaxing and spotlessly clean inside and out.

We had a great time at the villa. It is very close to the airport and was a great place to settle in to our Sri Lanka trip. The caretakers are super helpful and the food they prepared (to order) was wonderful! The pool is well maintained as well. Highly recommend!

Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. Villa has a magnificent view and just views the serene water beneath the lovely sunset. The Villa was amazing. Hope to come back soon. Thanks Ayesha for consistently checking on us! ❤️🤩

Laura and her team were amazing. They were always at hand when we needed to speak to someone, they were super flexible and they gave us clear instructions on how to find things, where to do stuff etc. They were very flexible with our arrival time and when we were there, they showed us local restaurants and other facilities. We were a big group of friends from different nationalities, getting ready for a wedding and they were just happy for us and enjoyed the time with us. whenever there was a language issue as English wasn't everyone's first language, it was quickly overcome. This was an excellent Airbnb and we really enjoyed the hospitality. We arranged a late pick up from the airport - They were dependable and communicative! The room was large and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a very nice start to the day ❤️
