We have taken soundproofing measures for "noise from the 2nd floor," but due to the wooden structure, complete sound insulation is not possible. Nearby is Nakano Broadway, which is highly recommended for those who like anime and manga. There are also many BARs and izakayas, so it is a very recommended town for those who like alcohol.
