Our house was built in 2010 following the architecture of the houses of Chora Kythnos. It is 75sq.m., consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower (ground floor), loft with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, terrace and terrace. It also has a small storage room and auxiliary space with a washing machine. With a privileged location since it is located a few meters away from the main road of Chora with all the shops but at the same time in a calm neighborhood.

Vourkari Studio with full kitchen

Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed, AC,TV,WIFI and a large veranda . The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars .Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage and Staying after checkout is charged and depends on availability

Ilios Villa is a new 65 m2. This 2 Bedroom Villa and is part of Kea Villa Thea Complex. Located on a hill only 1.5 km from Vourkari & 1,5 km drive from Otzias Beach. Ideally it sleeps 4 people. It is a newly built 60 square meter 2 Bedroom Villa, overlooking the Aegean sea. This house is a stand alone villa house with outdoor area and you might see other guest from other villas The house is 150 meters from the Main Villa and next to another 1 bedroom studio.

This is a maisonette in the port of Kythnos , in Merichas. The upper area of the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen , a wc, a dining table and a sofa bed. In the lower area is the bedroom with a double bed wardrobe and a bathroom . Of course, the balcony of the house overlooks the entire port of the island . The house can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for families and groups . We will be happy to host you on our island..
