Die 90 Quadratmeter messende Wohnung direkt am Strand verfügt über eine klare, moderne Einrichtung, ein durchgängiges Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung für die kalten Monate und Flächenkühlung für den Hochsommer sowie raumhohe Fenster für eine helle, freundliche Atmosphäre. Über die großzügige Terrasse sind es nur wenige Meter zum Sandstrand von Pelzerhaken. Mittelpunkt der Wohnung stellt der große Wohnessbereich mit Meerblick dar, mit vollausgestatteter Küche, Eichen- Esstisch, großem Ecksofa und Flachbildfernseher. Die qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattete Küche mit Induktionskochfeld und Stein-Arbeitsplatte verfügt über außergewöhnlich viel Stauraum für sämtliche Einkäufe, damit der Besuch eines der fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants für gutes Essen eine gute Option, keinesfalls aber ein Muss ist. Für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgen zwei separate Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,80 breitem Doppelbett bzw. zwei separaten Einzelbetten. Die Wohnanlage verfügt über einen großen, einfach über eine Rampe zu erreichenden Fahrradkeller, in dem mitgebrachte Räder sicher und trocken untergestellt werden können. Our apartment is located in the small district of Fährdorf-Hof on the island of Poel, away from the main road. In the immediate vicinity is a natural coast that is not developed for tourists. The nearest beaches can be reached by bike/car in a few km: Schwarzer Busch approx. 5 km, Gollwitz 6 km, Timmendorf 8 km. The beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar is 13 km away. The apartment with separate entrance has a barbecue area and a private parking space. Note: In 2022, construction work will take place in the village.

Large windows open up the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. Up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) can feel at home in the approx. 60 m² of space. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be booked in a relaxed manner, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes on foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Apartment with private entrance directly by the garden and only 10 minutes from the beach. Private bathroom with shower, small kitchen and living room are available. Wifi, bed linen and towels are provided once per stay. Clock tax €2 per day per person to be paid directly on the beach. Bicycle rental for two people possible (no e-bike). Charging station for E cars available and usable for a fee.
