You will have access to a nice terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

Kempten is the metropolis in beautiful Allgäu. The light-flooded apartment is located in the northern city center. It is a 5-minute walk to St. Lorenz is a 5-minute walk. There is also the beautiful weekly market twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Here is also the residence of the former monastery and today's court with its beautiful gardens. From here, the Kempten city center also begins with its pedestrian zone and the shopping metropolis of the Allgäu.

Welcome to our appartment on Rottachsee in Petersthal. The appartment has two rooms with about 71 sqm. The whole living area is designed with wooden floors . A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
