Villa vacation rentals in Kempten

We had a stay with 4 adults and 3 children. The house was very large with spacious rooms and plenty of parking. All the amenities were available and it was really clean. The only downside… the same period has already been booked next year.

We could not be happier with our stay at Hotel Villa Ludwig. The private villa is an entire private residence which is both luxurious and historic. The staff are lovely and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. They ensured that all our needs were met, were very responsive, and took the time to answer questions and make helpful recommendations. Fresh breads with butter, honey, and jams were delivered to the Villa each morning, and they even included gluten free options. The property is at the base of the Neuschwanstein Castle, so the location is very close to both castles in Schwangau. It is also close to local restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend staying at Hotel Villa Ludwig and plan to stay here again. Thank you to Jessica and her colleagues for making our vacation special and for being so gracious and hospitable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.

We spent a beautiful girlfriend weekend here. It really has everything you need for it. The sauna with magnificent views over the lake, a warm hot tub that invites you to relax, and a crackling fireplace that warms up in the evening and creates a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen and large window fronts are also particularly good. Just arrive and relax. Wonderful and happy to come back.

The house offers everything as described. I was traveling with a colleague for business and for us it was optimal because of the separate bathrooms. Excellent is also the possibility to park 2 vehicles in the garage! Views are great ! Contact with the host was very easy and clear. Personally, Maria was very friendly and inquired about our well-being. Would highly recommend this place

We had a super nice time, in a fantastically beautiful house. The sauna is sufficient for 3 people, which was enough for us. Communication with the host was friendly, nice and above all quick. Parking went smoothly right in front of the entrance. And the Spar (supermarket) is 3 minutes on foot.

We stayed there for a few days and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nice and in great condition, especially the fireplace was a highlight. We also liked the kitchen, super equipped and cozy. We had a good time and would be happy to come back!

We stayed for three nights with six adults, two children and two babies and felt completely comfortable. We would like to highlight the excellently equipped kitchen with spacious dining area – there was really everything you need: plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, children's and baby chairs, etc. Perfect for families! The covered parking space for two larger vehicles was very convenient, especially in changeable weather. The garden also delighted us – well maintained, with plenty of seating, barbecue and even coal was available. Ideal for relaxing and sitting together. The communication with Markus was consistently friendly and reliable. We will be happy to come back!
