we had such a beautiful stay here , the surrounding nature and peace and quiet is just what we needed 🙏💕 the flat is comfy and feels like home and the breakfast coffee/food was a lovely unexpected touch! we felt very welcomed by staff :) the views from our window were breathtaking 😊

Edward’s villa is outstanding better than I expected,views were amazing,decor was great ,the size of villa is beautiful,lovely pool ,I will be going back.💯Wayne who looks after the villa was so helpfull,arranged for mopeds to be dropped at house ,told us some great restaurants/view points ,top man made it so easy.i would highly recommend .

Pros: Super clean. Beautiful architecture and picturesque rooms. Staff are awesome, location is perfect. Room service food is tasty and quick, laundry service didn’t lose any of my clothes, A little bit far from ao Nang but it’s near a lot of other attractions. Pool is perfect temp. They use messenger app for requesting services that you may need making contacting the reception quite efficient. Cons: Most importantly for me is the bed and pillows were uncomfortable (they definitely cheaped out on this), nowhere to hang towels in shower area, not enough kitchenware (only 2 spoons, 2 forks and 2 plates, nowhere to dry dishes), judging by the pictures you’d think your pool is private but there is a road that drives right through your backyard allowing vehicles to watch you as they drive by, also there is no wall separating you from your right hand neighbor, y’all can basically swim together :D Still would stay again though. Thanks guys!

One of the best stays we've ever had. The house is beautiful and well appointed, roomy, and with noce decorations. The mattresses are comfy in a firm way. The grounds are large, with full access to a little swimming stream. Nim and David live nearby, and there are often other visitors, making for nice conversations. The hosts are wonderful, very helpful, providing a full written guide, great advice, lots of help to reserve activities, and can provide bikes, kayaks, etc And the house is well situated to easily explore the surroundings, being in a quiet area (lots of animal noises, but that was a constant pleasure), but close to the local village where street food is everywhere! Even fining taxis was fairly easy. A great stay, thanks again, Nim and David!
