This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. generously designed apartment on the 2nd floor of a converted old farmhouse,with pine and larch woods. one must like old floors with corresponding joints in the woods. the view goes over the small village of Obervellach into the nearby mountains, where winter and summer many sporting activities will allow you relaxation,relaxation and excitement. the apartment is generously laid out, with a large living and kitchen area where plenty of space invites you to linger.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

It's all possible We did not build an entire chalet village, just a single, extraordinary, beautiful & cozy chalet at 1150m above Arriach, with unobstructed views in 3 directions. A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

The house is small but the shower and bed are large. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom a shower, sink and toilet with built-in bidet. Address is via delle Birulle Valbruna inside the Valbruna mini Golf. You can park on the street when there is snow, 50 meters before on the right.

Well-kept apartment for 4-6 people, with balcony, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, shower and toilet, extra toilet, satellite TV, radio and garden. Dishes, microwave, coffee maker as well as bed linens and towels are available. In winter, 30 meters to the ski bus. You are welcome all year round. Additional information: The tax of currently 2.70 euros per adult per day is payable in cash upon arrival.
