Highlights include king bed, HDTV, and access to a private covered deck with 2 chaise lounge chairs. The perfect place to hang out and read a book or watch for shrimp boats and kayakers. The full bath has a separate sink/vanity area and updated walk in shower. There is also a full size washer/dryer on this level for your convenience. Six steps up takes you to the guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, HDTV and en suite bath. This bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The next level is 8 steps up and opens up to the large living room area with vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan and HDTV. The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa and has access to the screened porch with plenty of seating and a definite coastal flair. It is hard to describe the delight of experiencing the incomparable views that the low country is famous for. Many books have been inspired by these gorgeous surroundings. Adjacent to the screened porch is a small uncovered deck perfect for soaking up some sun. Six steps up brings you to the dining area with seating for 6 and the adjacent kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked and partially open to the living room below giving it a lofty feel. Another wonderful feature is the access to the community dock which is a peaceful place to wander and explore. There is also a neighborhood pool that is in a beautiful, private setting just down the street. This is an ideal location with easy access to the Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, Lake House and bike path. Seabrook Islands 3.5 miles of beautiful beach is just a short car or bike ride away, as well as the Beach Club and Island House. This terrific vacation property is also pet friendly for 1 dog, less than 30 pounds. If you are traveling with your dog a Pet Agreement must be signed and the additional non-refundable Pet Fee as defined in the Agreement must be paid. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available for purchase. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Come see what makes Seabrook Island so special and unique. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. Remodeled bathrooms and new flooring throughout make this a one of a kind villa!! Our villa is spacious, bright and breezy. Enjoy the nature while sitting on our covered deck overlooking the lagoon and golf course. We have the best view in Colonnade. Our first level Villa with parking right out the front door is very convenient. You'll appreciate how easy and quick it is to bring in luggage or groceries. The pool and Jacuzzi are just around the corner and it's a short walk to the beach.
