"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. The lovingly furnished holiday home "Smuk Have" delights you with idyllic tranquility and pure nature upon arrival. Enjoy your stay away from the hustle and bustle. A special highlight: an open fireplace. The kitchen is extensively equipped. There is a large natural garden completely fenced and this also has a barbecue area. Two bedrooms one of them, each with one double bed. There is a parking space in front of the house. Only 1 dog is allowed.

Cozy comfortable wooden hut invites you to relax after a bike ride in beautiful nature on the Schlei. The Viking bike path passes right by the property. The cottage is equipped with electric heating and TV. In the bathroom there is an ecological toilet and a sink with hot water, to be used with ecological products. There is a solar shower outside. The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

Our almost 100 square meter, ecologically developed apartment, with healthy building materials and colors, in an idyllic large rose garden and for a change without TV, should offer peace and relaxation. For active vacations, the Baltic Sea, Denmark and the small port town of Kappeln on the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei are nearby. The apartment is located in the middle of the hilly, pleasant landscape of Angeln.

My anchorage

My place is 300 meters from the Schlei with beach, right in Arnis in a fantastic environment. You'll love my place because of the cozy location and the scenery. My place is good for couples (with babies or toddlers), solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Since May, we have been participating in the model project of the Baltic Sea Fjord Schlei.

„Ahoi“ (Entire apartment)

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you could need. It is located in the heart of Süderbrarup and every shopping area is within 1-5 minutes' walk. The train station is only 4 minutes to walk to. From there you can quickly get to Flensburg or, if you want to go in the other direction, also in Eckernförde or Kiel.
