“The Meadow” is a quaint, rustic Shepherd’s Hut located in a meadow at Ballymartrim Wood. The hut features a double bed, wood burning stove, gas hob, storage space, solar lighting and a patio. There is a BBQ and fire pit and a toilet close by.
“You MUST stay here! It had been raining for days before our arrival, and was still the best night we spent on our two week trip to Ireland. A tree lovers paradise, the lovely Trevor has planted hundreds of trees for others to enjoy 70 years from now- amazing! The hut itself is warm, cozy and spotlessly clean. We spent the evening with the back of the trailer open, even in the pouring rain! The wee little wood stove keeps it perfect temp, the candles and solar lamps made the light romantic and dream like- and the highlight of the evening was the way the reflection of the fire through the slits of the stove made the light shine on the ceiling of the hut so rememesent of the northern lights that light up the sky! Beautiful, I'm serious, you wont regret for a second staying here in this truly magical place. Trevor himself is an utter delight, do yourself a favor and create amazing memories for yourself as we have!”
Situated near the heart of Armagh City Centre and short walk from local restaurants and theatres this apartment is a real Gem. Extensive modifications where made in 2018 to renovate the living facilities to a three double bedroom apartment with modern kitchen. The front bedroom can be busy with traffic if you are not used to town living.
“Lovely apartment within walking distance of main Armagh attractions. Super clean and a very accommodating owner, who really put herself out to allow my daughter to enter the apartment early because it was free and saved her having to hang around for hours. A really clean and spacious apartment that you just know has been given a great deal of thought. Very good value as well - an even bigger bonus! Would definitely use again. Thanks Leonne!”

“I had a fantastic stay at Joe's place. Joe, and Kathleen who lives in the house, were both very hospitable and helpful in every way. The room was tidy with a fine sunrise view of the nearby hills, and Kathleen served a homemade breakfast every morning. The house is just a 10 min walk to the center of Armagh, and both hosts provided generous amounts of tips about the city and its surroundings. I can't recommend Joe's place enough, and I look forward to when I get to return!”
