Great location and beautiful villas. Villa 3 was most beautiful and perfect for my group of family members. The chefs were amazing and extremely nice and easy to work with. Only thing that sucked was first night power went out and no rooms has AC for a handful of hours so we didn’t get to rest much but other then that is 100% come here again!

To say this home is beautiful is a huge understatement and the view is even better than the house!!! Martina and Apolinar are very responsive and their local contacts and recommendations are SO helpful! We especially loved Chef Daniel and Carmen who will come to the house and prepare meals! Modesto was amazing for transportation, as well. We had an amazing vacation and could not ask for more from this property or these host.

Beautiful villa, ideally located in a peaceful environment. Both inside and out were spotless. The villa is perfectly functional and has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay, offering a real feel at home.

I thought Gustavo's place was beautiful! You can't beat the location, as you are literally right across the street from the famous Kite Beach. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful. Henri, who manages the property made my check-in really easy and even arranged a taxi for me from the airport. The entire staff made me feel very welcome and I really enjoyed the stunning roof top for morning workouts and sunshine! Great value for your money if you want a safe, comfortable, and scenic stay in Kite Beach.

Bamboo's condo is nicely decorated, bright and airy with large sliding glass windows that lead out to the side balcony and main balcony. The condo has an amazing view of the well kept gardens and ocean. The beautiful beach is just steps away with restaurants down to the right. The area is great for walking with Janet's grocery store as well as restaurants close by. Bamboo as well as the condo staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay greatly. Maria the co host was excellent and very accommodating. The place was just as described and well equipped. The location is very walkable with great restaurants and shops available. Maria was an absolute great host with excellent client service. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was my first time staying at Milly's! I've walked past it hundreds of times but somehow overlooked it! Prior to the check in, Milly was very communicative and gave clear and easy instructions on the check in process. When I arrived, the check in process was fast and friendly. The location itself is right in the action, just off the main strip. Everything is within walking distance, no car needed at all. The apartment was spotless and everything worked as it should. I had zero issues. I like that there's a gate restricting access to the complex, too. Milly was always very responsive and helpful if I had a question and I highly recommend it! Thanks, Milly!

Beautiful condo that is secure, peaceful and with lots of amenities. We love staying here! Vyancka responds immediately to any questions or concerns. Condo is well equipped just like home. Beds and furniture are very comfortable.

This space is perfect! Very spacious, sparkling clean, and with all the amenities you could want or need. The outdoor space is also fantastic and well-maintained. Communication was excellent and all of our questions were answered quickly. The location could not be better, with easy access to the beach and all of the restaurants Cabarete has to offer. You should definitely stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

The Airbnb was in a great location. The owner communicated well and supported all my needs. The best part was the convenience of the nearby restaurant, pools, and 24-hour security. I highly recommend it—10/10.

A beautiful bright, well appointed apartment with an open view on a spectacular property. Convenient location close to town with all main points of interests close by, especially anything water sports related of course! The hosts both Paz and Ana were incredibly responsive, trustworthy and friendly. We look forward to going back again soon!

Richard is a first class and superior host. He is responsive and effective and yet not intrusive. I cannot speak more highly of him. His cleaning staff Elena is excellent as well. We have booked for next year and look forward to our lovely winter home in 2026.
