Excursion destinations, for example, at Lake Constance can be reached in 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, good shopping is available in Trossingen (3 km) and VS-Schwenningen (8 km) in 5-10 minutes by car.

Our apartment is located on the edge of a small idyllic village of 450 inhabitants (near the city of Balingen) with a corner shop, playground and outdoor swimming pool. On the garden level of a detached house, bright and friendly rooms, a covered terrace with garden area and a fantastic view over the whole valley await you. From your sunbathing area, you can relax and enjoy the view and the tranquility.

Living-bedroom with sitting area and double bed, blackout blinds. Fully equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine... Daylight bathroom with rainforest shower. The apartment is self-contained, we live upstairs and use the same entrance. The apartment is pet-free, but our cat lives in the house and garden.

The apartment is on the upper floor and is accessible via its own staircase. It is suitable for 2 people and can be expanded with an extra bed for a child (crib, changing table and high chair available if necessary). The 38 sqm apartment has a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet (hair dryer, towels and shower utensils available). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge. A 1.60 m wide bed and a sofa bed are provided. TV and Wi-Fi are available.

A staircase leads to the apartment, in the apartment everything is barrier-free. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x190/200; 1x140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, Wi-Fi, cot and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we will charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.
