A vacation in our cozy, authentic cottage is pure comfort. The house is 60 sqm (best suited for a single family) and contains an atmospheric living room with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. In connection with the living room is a new kitchen from 2022. The house's sleeping accommodations are divided into a room with a double bed, a room with bunk beds - most suitable for children. The last sleeping accommodations are in the newly decorated annex and consist of two double beds. Please note that the house is of an older date, which has been continuously renovated.

Quiet surroundings close to nature, we often see squirrels, hares and roe deer in the field. Beautiful sea views over the bay and fields as far as the eye can see, enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the covered terrace. Only 350 yards walk to a beautiful hiking trail in the forest on the edge of the slope to the sea. Furnished with cozy furniture, flea market finds and new mixed. NOTE! The house is located in a hilly terrain with lots of trees and "wild on purpose." There is peace! You will find the house bright, romantic and cozy, located on a large natural plot of 1400 m2. The house is older, small, but well decorated. There are 2 bedrooms in the house and an annex. On the property, there is a fireplace and a trampoline and swings. An exciting cabin in one of the treetops may also tempt you to play and have fun. To the south, there is a large covered wooden terrace, so you can always sit in shelter and shelter.

The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Min. 4 day out of season and 1 week in high season. Final cleaning DKK 850, - per stay. A wood basket is supplied with firewood, please bring your own wood. Consumption is paid by meter, electricity DKK 2.95 per kWh, water and drainage DKK 89 per m3, the landlord reads the meter at check-in and check-out and sends a charge for actual consumption via Airbnb.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Newly renovated in all wood material and natural colors creating a cozy and homely atmosphere. Room 1: Small double bed (140 cm) Room 2: Two built-in single beds and one junior bed Room 3: Two bunk beds, or convert the lower bunks into a double bed with two single beds on top. You will find the mattress for the double bed stored in the cabins under the beds.

Overlooking Mols Bjerge to the south and Kalø Castle Ruin to the west, the house is located at the back of the property - hidden between trees and natural areas. The house was built from sustainable materials at a building course at Grobund in 2022. Here you can find silence and nature, while you get the opportunity to try the simple life in a tiny house, where there is what you need - and nothing more.
