Really enjoyed my stay and the room had everything I needed. Everything as described / in the photos. Fast WiFi for working remotely as well. Nice beach for sunset 5 min walk away. Great hosts and very responsive. Hope to stay again soon

Stunning and peaceful spot on the quiet side of the island. You definitely need a scooter or a car, the beaches are 20 to 30 minutes drive, though nearby old town is charming and there is plenty of shopping and restaurants..but even that isn't a place you can really walk to. Su is an excellent host, very helpful and kind. it's clear that she loves the place and wants her guests to be happy and comfortable. And Saam (the dog) is a wonderful companion to the people staying there. He always greeted me at sunrise. ☀️ Highly recommend!

Simple, clean, quiet detached ensuite room set in peaceful grounds about 100m walk from the wonderful beach. If you’re lucky you get a hammock and a cat to pet. Beach access is via the outdoor seating area of the adjacent beachside restaurant. Laundry service, shops, travel agents and some excellent restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

Good and and peaceful location, close to fantastic beaches, can rent a motorbike in front for those who also want to visit the south side of the island. Recommend this place to those who want to mix with the locals, take some day trips, have some relax days..-an all around island stay. The bungalow is as described. Nice to have a kitchen and private porch.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this beautiful home, and it was nothing short of magical. The house itself is so thoughtfully designed, solidly built, full of charm, and located in a peaceful area. It’s closed to great beaches on the island, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation and adventure alike. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was Wara. One of our friends unfortunately had a scooter accident during our trip, and Wara stepped in like a guardian angel. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, showing us kindness and support that felt incredibly rare and deeply genuine. It wasn’t just about hospitality, it was about human connection, and Wara’s warmth and care made us feel like family. This wasn’t just a stay; it was an experience filled with comfort, compassion, and memories we’ll cherish forever. Wara, thank you for everything. We will be back!

If I could take this house with me I would. The property is beautiful inside and out with so many details everywhere you look. From the decorations, to the amenities, to even the outside greenery. I loved the outside terrace which has screen doors and an outdoor fan. There’s also a speaker system on the tv and soundproof sliding doors for watching movies. The area is clean and peaceful with many restaurants etc down the road. I worked from here remotely and I can confirm the WiFi works great and the space is a dream to work in. Monica was a great host, super attentive and helpful. I truly can’t say enough good things about this house.

Really nice, relaxing place with beautiful view

Highly recommend staying here if visiting beautiful Koh Lanta. The room was private, quiet and romantic. It was also clean, comfortable and simple/modern. A daily cleaning service was offered. The beach and nearby amenities (pool) were lovely. There are some walkable restaurants nearby, or you could choose to rent a motorbike from Lanta Garden Home or take a short walk down the road to catch a tuk tuk (taxi) to get around the island. Sun was a great host and allowed us to check out a couple of hours late.

Super nice complex, great pool; everything very well maintained. The rooms were very spacious and nicely furnished. There was even a smart TV. The staff were also very friendly & helpful. The massage at the hotel itself was great & inexpensive. We felt very comfortable and even spontaneously extended our stay on site very easily. There is also a small gym and a room on site where you can do your own laundry for a fee. Breakfast was also included & delicious!

Absolutely in love with this place. West facing object with indescribable sunsets. During midday enough shade under the palmtrees and the swimmingpool. Perfect place to relax, hope to visit again.

We truly enjoyed our stay here!! A great location when vacationing in Koh Lanta. Host is responsive and answers any questions. They have local staff help with check-in and check-out who are less helpful, but overall it was a great experience. We would love to visit again!

The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view. The pool is a huge bonus, it’s such a pleasure to relax in! We loved the peaceful location and the abundance of wildlife. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the house could be improved: damp spots at the base of the walls, a bad smell in the kitchen cabinets, a leaking toilet and mold in the shower. Despite these downsides, we truly enjoyed our stay. If you come across Edward (the dog with the quirky ear), give him a cuddle from us <3

Thosaphol was a fantastic host! He organised our arrival and was very responsive. The villas are beautiful and the location on the beach is unbeatable. I'd recommend to add higher plants at the limit of the property with the beach for more privacy as people tends to seat right in front of the property on the beach to enjoy the shade from the trees. Otherwise, we really appreciated the voucher for breakfast at the nearby coffee shop, as well as the massages and transfers booked by Thosaphol. Thank you!

Anika is incredibly friendly and welcoming. From check-in to check-out, she was very relaxed and accommodating. I had mentioned beforehand that we would need a baby crib, but unfortunately, that request hadn’t come through properly. However, after a quick call, not only was a crib delivered within 10 minutes, but also a high chair. This thoughtful gesture truly made us feel cared for. The house itself is spacious, practical, and well-equipped, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials, and the living areas are perfect for both relaxation and socializing. The location is excellent, with convenient access to the beach, massages and restaurants . If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to add an extra bathroom or a separate toilet, especially if you’re staying with a larger group (the villa accommodates up to 8 people). That being said, this minor detail didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

I recommend it 200% Lots of restaurants nearby and 7/11 Very nice beach (especially at high tide) but even at low tide you can swim further on the right Otherwise there are many rocks at low tide

We had an exceptional stay in Koh Lanta! The accommodation was very nice, comfortable and perfectly as described. We felt right at home there. The place is quiet, well located and great for relaxing. The host was super nice, welcoming and always available to help or give us good advice. Again, thank you for this great experience, we'll be back with pleasure!

Loved our stay and koh Lanta. Really responsive and friendly check in. Great spot. Easy taxi’s for exploring too and lovely villa nice and shady for afternoon swims when we had finished at the beach. Beautiful beaches where the villa is and a ten minute walk south other lovely spots - relax bay and beautiful beach. Lots of places to eat. Loved it.

Everything was really great! Super cozy villa and great location close to beach and restaurant and training places. Annika and JoJo Rental were great and everything about them was so smooth. Highly recommend!

Really great place to stay. Good location, nice refreshing pool, very close to the beach and restaurants. Always tuktuk and other options available in front of the resort on the street to take you anywhere. We stayed here with our one year old, would definitely recommend!
