Monthly Rentals in Kočičin

We had a great time during our stay. The property was exactly as presented on the listing page, and it was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a stress-free, memorable getaway!

We stayed 5 days in this beautiful apartment on the Istrian coast. The view and decor of the apartment were exactly as beautiful as in the pictures. Unfortunately we were there in March, so the pool wasn't filled yet and it was still too cold to take a dip. However, we could sit in the sun on the roof terrace. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, the coast is within walking distance (if you can walk a bit) and by car there are many beautiful places within driving distance. We really found the kitchen and all the items to be used to be a plus, so we could also cook for a few days and eat relaxed in the apartment.

We had a great time staying by the Kupa. The cottage is extremely well arranged, well-equipped and has a small sauna. The surrounding nature is beautiful, you feel a little out of time. Nice private beach for swimming, diving board nearby, hiking possibilities. Thanks to Alp for his effective communication.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Holiday House Sobol. The hosts/owners, Silvija & Alen, were fantastic with communication and so generous- providing us with a vast array of eats upon our arrival amongst other things (thank you). The house is furnished with thoughtful detail and boasts an incredible wooden and stone design. We spent a lot of time sitting in the sun out in the garden and sitting by the fire in the evenings after walks with the dogs. Our dogs loved swimming in the river nearby and we all enjoyed having some space and peace & quiet for a few days. Thank you Silvija and Alen for your hospitality and for making your beautiful home available to us.
