It was my second stay here, The previous stay i had left back my mobile cover, The caretaker was good enough to keep it, Very genuine people. So like my previous stay it was cozy ,and felt like home, Thanks to the caretaker & Host for being very kind and honest, looking forward to come back.

Our first time in TVD and Binu's place was ideal for our family of 3. Location was perfect, easily accessible to most places, uber and autos are easily available and most of all helpful folks. Everyone from the caretaker to the security were very responsive and kind. An exquisitely designed and well kept home.

Very happy with the stay. The location was perfect…near to banks, shopping areas and airport. My family enjoyed the stay and Mr. Jose was very responsive to all our needs.

Great location for us. didn't have to drive into TVM city side. bypass helped alot to get in and out . needed to be close to the expressway. property is well furnished and air-conditioning was available in all the bedrooms. Overall highly recommended and priced reasonably. Host and Caretaker were very helpful and on point .Will definitely book again.

Nature’s Grove in Sreevaraham Market Junction, Thiruvananthapuram, will forever hold a special place in our hearts, especially for our boys from Zambia, Africa, who will remember it with warmth and joy. This comfortable homestay offered us a perfect blend of convenience and care. From the moment we arrived, check-in was seamless and hassle-free, as Professor Ram Mohan’s communication was impeccable—always prompt, clear, and attentive. Even small but essential gestures, like ensuring the windows were closed to keep out tropical mosquitoes, reflected their thoughtfulness and genuine care for our comfort. Our boys were delighted with the thoughtful provisions, such as storybooks, a chessboard, and playing cards, which kept them engaged and entertained. The clean, well-equipped kitchen, complete with all necessary cutlery, made it easy for us to prepare family meals. Wonderful experience.nice stay,felt as home

A very cozy place to stay! The property is neat and well maintained and matching our expectations. Karin was very helpful with our checkin needs and also helped with local recommendations that came in handy. She was also helpful with arranging a rental scooter which was very helpful for moving around. One thing that the property needs is an inverter backup. Due to the peak rush time we visited, there were quite a few power outages. So power backup would’ve helped. But overall, a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.

Mr. Suresh was very cooperative and helpful. He has guided us very well at all levels. Maintenance can be improved.

A neat cozy apartment in a quiet residential society. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, with the apartment staff. The hosts were always available to help with anything that we needed.

The trip to Varkala would’ve been incomplete hadn’t we come across the Beautiful property of Shibu at Surendram Villa. Vishnu in particular ensured to help us in making most out of our Varakal trip. He suggested for most of the things in and around Varkala for a seamless experience. Hoping to visit this place again soon. Great place, very proactive host..they were available whenever needed.. we had a great stay, the place matched exactly the description, any small hiccups were instantly taken care by the host.. worth the price.. 👍🏻

Worth for the money. A calm place! We had two rooms the tv in two rooms had same remote and one of the fan didn't work properly. And the flush was not working in the toilet... Apart from this everything was so nice and pleasant stay!!
