There were three of us in the Stadthüsli. It was a very nice place to stay. We felt very well taken care of and would definitely be happy to come back!

Really enjoyed our stay at the property. Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location. Easy to get to by public transport or a walk around the lake. Giuseppe was a great host, always responsive to our queries and also sorted out our Lucerne cards before our arrival which gave us free transport and discounts in the area. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we can return in the future.

We were very pleased. The place is superbly decorated. It has everything you need. It also had a cool playroom for the kids. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out are very straightforward. Thanks for the wonderful time

It was our first family trip to Switzerland and Sabrina’s place was in the perfect spot to see so many different sights. We had a very busy week and everything was within an easy drive. It is located in a quiet residential area with amazing views towards Jungfrau. The house itself is well laid out and has plenty of space. We found it very comfortable. It was a nice surprise to find all the main UK channels were available on the TV to watch in the evening. We have a lot more to see in Switzerland so we will definitely return to Sabrina’s place.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation experience. Very comprehensive information from Cely, lots of advice and recommendations. Great kitchen amenities, coffee maker with great coffee, tea, washing and cleaning supplies. Cely even baked a great banana bread for us and gave us butter and jam, which completely took our breath away. Truly extraordinarily excellent, always before we wanted anything, Cely predicted it and it was met in advance.

We read the previous reviews, saw the photos and chose Stephen’s house. Firstly the accommodation is a really good size. We had 4 adults using 3 b/rooms and there was plenty of space. It was really clean, tidy and we felt really at home. There was everything we needed, plus a supermarket round the corner and bar /restaurant were walking distance. 10/10👍The photos however don’t do justice to the wonderful views! Loved just looking over the lake to the snow capped mountains. Sitting outside was so tranquil. 10/10 because I can’t give 11/10 😁Excellent location for Rigi, Vitznau, Lucerne, Weggis, Stoos, Pilatus, Zug, all worth seeing. Rigi railway / Pilatus cable cars to the summit were our fave’s 10/10 🚠 We’d have stayed longer!🙁Stephen our host was great too. Excellent helpful information sent to us on arrival day. Were lucky enough to see him and got really helpful sightseeing advice. Communications were timely and helpful throughout our stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Christine's apartment was fabulous, modern, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, cosy and had comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it. Just be aware though if you are booking this 6 bed apartment for only 3 or 4 people as we had an issue. We were a party of 2 mothers (in 60's) & 2 sons (in 20's). We were pleased to find this apartment as it had 3 rooms so the mothers could have a room each and sons share twin room. However when we arrived the twin room was locked and unavailable & 2 rooms did not match the listing showing 3. We were very disappointed. Christine did respond quickly and rectified the situation but pointed out she she had provided 4 beds. One mother is an Airbnb host and didn't feel she was very apologetic for the disappointment we had felt. She would have been far more apologetic. However she did not charge us for use of laundry to compensate. we can still thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment.

Although the property is in the countryside, it is always about 1 hour from Zurich, Lucerne, Bern and Basel. Ideal for visiting these cities and still relaxing on the edge. The house is beautifully decorated, very loving and personal. The house has everything you need. Would love to come again.

Maja was friendly and available, lives upstairs and passed by to check everything was good and make any needed arrangements. There was extra care in little details, like leaving some swiss snack on the table for when I checked-in, and personalizing a welcoming note on the door. The place felt to me very much like home, is very peaceful (no cars/ streets noise if you have the window of the bedroom and kitchen closed), the window from the bathroom fazes the garden and you can hear the birds from there in the morning, it was lovely. Everything was clean and had a nice, clean, neutral smell. The kitchen had all I needed and more to cook every day, the bed was very comfortable to me, and there were lots of options of lights (different dense/ light curtains and smaller and bigger lamps), which gave me the freedom to personalize the atmosphere. The location is ideal, conveniently close to Zürich's main station and the bus stop, making it easy to embark on trips. It's also within walking distance of tram stations and surrounded by excellent restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment itself was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. The hosts were supportive as well. All in all good experience.

Super apartment with everything you need including a boot/ski room, great location with stunning view from the balcony towards Stechelberg. Bus stop a minute’s walk away-ticks all the boxes! Heather was very helpful, great comms and accommodating- highly recommend!

very responsive host, she was very helpful with everything and she gave us bus passes for the local bus as well which was very helpful. the flat had the best view of Interlaken and is worth every penny.

We spent 3 nights at Julian's place. He was a terrific host, helpful and ultra responsive. The place is in a great location and is well connected by Basel's amazing transport system, (bus and tram). The apartment is exactly as listed, very nice retro feel and a little quirky which made it feel that bit unique. Julian gave us great hints and tips and was kind enough to lend us some bikes which we used to cycle along the Rhine. The Basel travel card which Julian supplies is a real gem and makes navigating the city so much easier.

We felt welcome as a family and very comfortable in the beautiful apartment and would be happy to come back!

The place has all the required amenities to call it a home away from away.The property has exceeded our expectations.The place is located at a pristine location far away from hustle and noise of the city with wonderful views of Jungfrau. It was really a nice stay in this apartment!

About as perfect an airbnb as you can imagine. James's place is his own holiday home and you can tell by all the personality it has. We stayed for a week of skiing and found it an incredibly comfortable and relaxing place to call home. It helps that James did everything he could to make us feel that way. Couldn't recommend it more if you're after a place to unwind and are the sort of person who will take care of a place as if it were your own. Deserves no less.

The place was wonderful, very clean, and had a beautiful view. The host was highly responsive and respectful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The stay at Patrizia's apartment was excellent. Especially the communication, the tidy impeccable apartment as well as the two large and cozy balconies were great. The somewhat outdated coffee machine may no longer meet today's needs. However, I was amazed at how well the coffee ended and this without capsules. happy to be back in Patrizia's apartment.

Kim was a great host. Picked us up at the train station and provided help with our bags! The apartment is very comfortable and spacious with a private balcony with direct views of the mountains and ski resort!!!

Great lakeside apartment in Vitznau with all the things you need when you're away from home. Judith was great about responding quickly to messages and left clear instructions in a nice book she put together for guests. Walking to the ferry station takes about 10 minutes and it's flat so it's easy to do even with luggage. It takes about an hour to get to Lucerne via the ferry but it's a nice scenic ride. Overall a great, quiet, place to stay with a really nice view and wonderful host. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Vitznau. Thanks, Judith!

Eva's place was excellent! We loved that it was so close to a grocery store and the bus stop. The little town is quiet and quaint! The views are amazing! The house was sparkling clean and well stocked. Eva let us have an early check-in which was so nice! Everything about our stay was amazing! Would definitely return and recommend! Thanks so much!
