The extensive adjacent meadow is a popular place for kiting fans in autumn and winter - whether with a tricycle or skis. In the summer you can swim in the nearby pond.

The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. Small but fully equipped apartment in the holiday house Börnchen on about 30 m² surface. The bathroom and the living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our cottage is situated in the centre of the Osterzgebirge. Well-known excursion destinations can be reached in a short time by car. (Dresden, Elbe Sandstone Mountains, Saxon Switzerland, Bohemian Switzerland, Soap, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte und Prag e.t.c.)

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Hřensko and Pravčická brána are 40 minutes away from me. Ústí nad Labem and Děčín are about 10 km away

Ubytovací část je situovaná v 1. patře restaurace. K dispozici 2 apartmány o celkovém počtu 5 lůžek (možno rozšířit kapacitu na 10 osob) Oba apartmány jsou po celkové rekonstrukci- vybaveny stylovým dřevěným nábytkem. Mají vlastní koupelnu, WC a plně vybavenou kuchyň. V každém apartmánu je TV a trezor. Oba apartmány mají společenskou místnost. V pokojích i ve společenské místnosti je kouření zakázáno.
