The room is 43 sqm with 3 beds, 1 futon, and a full kitchen and dining room, so it's larger than hotels and other accommodations. The one downside is having to climb stairs, as there is no elevator. Because of this, however, you can enjoy staying at a better price.

Sunset from every room over the calm ocean. Beppu city night view is marvelous!! Relax in the Livingroom on hummocks in the afternoon. Enjoy wine, walk along the beach after breakfast. No noise at all but sound of breeze, waves, birds both from sea and garden.
