The house shares its living space with a charming enclosed garden.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. The Little Nantes Home

Close to the train station (3 tram stops), in the heart of the Toutes Aides district, come and taste the spirit of a small Nantes village... This 40 m2 detached house, just renovated, is away from the street, hidden behind a building and nestled in a garden. Located on the heights of Cordemais between Nantes and Saint Nazaire, in the heart of a quiet and charming hamlet, next to an old mill from 1784 50 m2 cottage with private terrace, furnished near our house. Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

You will stay in a nice independent mezzanine studio, fully equipped, adjoining my house. Access is secured by a gate and keypad and you can park inside the property. You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.
