Anne and her husband restored this old building with great taste and character. A little gem! 30 minutes from the Puy du Fou or the gifted fountain , the location is ideal for those who want to treat themselves while being autonomous and quiet. Don't hesitate!

Warm and welcoming host. The place is beautiful It's beautifully decorated and very clean. The interior is bright, well arranged, it is a nice renovation. The outside has a beautiful terrace overlooking the bedroom in a peaceful and green setting. I would definitely recommend it. Address to keep in mind for a possible future stay in the area.

Very good communication with Isabelle. Beautiful house , pleasant , peaceful and functional. Very nice outside, full of things to occupy young and old (petanque court, giant chessboard and lots of animals that occupied the children well) . We recommend eyes closed .

3 nights spent in this nice, nicely decorated ,comfortable and quiet apartment, overlooking a lovely garden with stunning views of the hills . Close to the Puy du Fou 18 min and located 2 steps from the city center of Pouzauges , a charming locality that deserves to stay there for a few days.

Jessica's house is in a great location. It's modern and clean. It provides everything you need to have a great weekend. We'll be happy to go back!

The accommodation is functional, well designed and very clean. Virginia is accommodating and responsive. The location is very good, 20 minutes from Puy du Fou and 5 minutes from a nice park.

Clean, well-appointed, spacious, easy to find and good value for money. 30 min from Puy du Fou. Check-in and checkout with key box. Very quiet night, not a sound. In short, I recommend it and in addition, several cottages are available for friends.

We had a glorious stay at Patrick's place. As 3 families with young kids, it was a perfect combo of 'having our own space' while having lots of communal space and a big family feel. Everything was in great shape and it was truly peaceful. Philippe was really friendly and helpful. We loved our stay!

Due to the beauty of the place, the quality of the hospitality, the professionalism coupled with the kindness of our hosts we had a great time, I highly recommend this beautiful place. Beautiful stay on a lovely farm! we slept there for only one night before moving onto puy de fou but we felt right at home. Everything was clean, Sophie was very welcoming and we had a pleasant stay in the middle of nature, there’s enough space for kids to run around and explore. There’s two things that left a very slight bad aftertaste. We came early for the pool but because the pool is connected to another room we only had acces to it until 19h. With some negotiating we stayed a bit longer, luckily our fellow visitors were very welcoming. And at the very start, Sophie changed the price, she added a fair bit. Mistakes are always possible so this isn’t a real remark. We had a lot of fun either way, thanks for opening your house to us, Joppe

This stay was particularly refreshing. We were received by Pierre, who was very welcoming and told us about the history of the estate and showed us the possible activities on it (hiking and swimming among others). The place is really beautiful and the place very cozy for two.

Accommodation in accordance with our expectations, Everything for children, indoor and outdoor games, calm, beautiful walks to do, chickens, rabbit,....close to Puy du Fou. Our host even had nice touches for all of us this Easter weekend. Recommended+++

The Domaine de Loups has been one of the most special places we have ever stayed. The estate and river valley are a hidden gem in the agricultural landscape. The owners are welcoming and generous and you have freedom to explore the entire estate including using the boat to travel up the river. We loved watching a family of six kestrels in nearby trees. The property was spotlessly clean and well appointed with comfortable beds. Thank you for a lovely stay.

From the initial warm welcome which showed us the facilities and grounds we could explore we were made to feel very comfortable to relax and enjoy our holiday. The property is perfectly set up for families, the children had so much they could do to entertain themselves from swimming in the pool, basketball, ping pong and checking for eggs from the chickens! On top of this the beautiful grounds gave further walks around the lake topped off with kayaks and paddle boards there was so much to do a week was not long enough! A fantastic property and lovely hosts.

Monique's house exceeded all our expectations. If you wanted peace and quiet then Chateau-Guibert is the place for you. The house is set in beautiful gardens with a wonderful view of the small fishing lake. There are no shops - only a baguette dispenser! - but Mareuil sur Lay Dissais was only about 5kms away by car. This was a charming village. The pool at the house made it as the coast is about an hour's drive away. We did go to La Rochelle and Les Sables D'Olonne and the coast inbetween, all about an hour's drive away as well. The house itself was extremely comfortable and very well kitted out - there was everything you could possibly need and more. Several different seating areas outside as well. Monique could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a delight to meet her. We would highly recommend this holiday home, and would be very happy to return here.
