Terrace with outdoor furniture available as well as a barbecue. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a separate kitchen, a toilet, a double bedroom with private bathroom. Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, a through bedroom (single bed) and one bedroom (double bed + single bed), as well as 2 bathrooms.

The house is located in La Turballe, quiet with views of the salt marsh ponds. Les Bretons beach is 150 m from the house, you can walk there of course. You are also 800 m from the Port of La Turballe which is the first fishing port of the Pays de Loire... From the terrace of our house, you have a view of the ponds, which are at the bottom of the garden, you can admire egrets... herons... ducks... sacred ibis of the Nile........
