Originally built in 1832 by the local Villagers it was used to store raisins & olive oil. The restoration was completed in 2017 by Elias Kosmas. Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Wellanidia Cottage, Mani

Wellanidia Cottage is a small stone house (about 35 square meters) which is almost completely crowned by an ancient oak tree. The guest house is located on a 1600 sqm property, which is located opposite the village of Skoutari. In the immediate vicinity is my tower house and further down on the property a pottery workshop. You are totally on your own here and neither from the village nor from the surrounding path can you see the terrace area. The view of the Aegean Sea is unobstructed

The main feature of Kampos House is the private veranda with the mountain view and the partial sea view. Kampos house has a second veranda with excellent sea view that is ideal for the afternoon.
