Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ladson

A cozy place where you feel at home. The house is very clean. Great hosts, we received a warm welcome. We were lucky and on the day of arrival we were able to see a newborn lamb. We also learned about a new breed of chicken and saw how they are bred. We also met horses and peacocks. Our daughter was absolutely delighted. For her, this experience with animals surpassed the sights of Charleston.

Stayed in Charleston for a few days and was able to get this Airbnb very last minute! Host was very helpful to let us know the Airbnb could be available, even with booking around time of check-in (for the 1st night of our stay). Great space, well decorated and has all the essentials. Good location, close to one of the stops of the free shuttle bus.

We booked a spring break vacation to Folly, somewhat last minute after debating on where we should actually vacation, and this rental was absolutely perfect. Due to booking less than a week before we actually arrived, the first two rentals we were looking at were no longer available, and I've never been happier! Ryan's location was everything I could've hoped for and more! It's in an excellent location, right off of Center Street so you are close to the action of the nightlife, but far enough away that you won't be bothered by noise, a 5 minute walk to the beach, less than that to some of the tastiest eats you'll find in South Carolina, and just an overall great place! The rental itself had plenty of space, the only remotely negative experience we had was with the beds- they are very stiff and not all that comfortable, but honestly not a deal breaker and we will absolutely be coming back- hopefully to the same unit! We loved it!

Had a great trip staying here and will definitely stay again. We stayed for 3 nights and my only advice for constructive criticism is to provide more than 2 washcloths. Everything was clean, the place was tucked away from everything so it was very comfortable and peaceful.

This place is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. After staying at numerous Airbnb rentals, this one stands out as perfect. The scenery is stunning, the home is impeccably maintained, and the communication was both helpful and clear. We are returning to Folly in October, and without a doubt, we will rent this place again if it's available.

Exactly what the soul needed. I appreciate the walkability of this location and all the household amenities making my stay extremely efficient and comfortable! The well fenced in yard was also a must while traveling with my beloved dog. Absolutely would stay here again and am looking forward to my next travel into the region!

We really enjoyed our stay at Christopher's place. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with all the basics needed. We were able to walk around to some bars and stores. Parking was a little tight, but manageable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

This place was great! I was very happy she had a blow dryer available so I didn’t have to pack mine. The space was clean and easy to access. She did a great job explaining where to park and how to get to the space. The neighborhood is peaceful and a quick drive into Charleston.

The house is in a very nice location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s very well maintained and squeaky clean. The location is very good because you’re not far away from anything. We stayed at the house on a work trip so I didn’t cook much however I did fix my breakfast & the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Our host was very responsive and we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed this Airbnb a lot! Lovely views back and front and the beach is maybe 3 minutes walk (look for the public access sign to the left, about three houses down). Great shower! Lovely kitchen! Comfy sofas! If we ever come back to folly beach, we would love to stay again. For the mobility challenged, it is only 12 steps to front door, unlike a lot of neighboring houses, which are on stilts and have 25+ steps. 😁

This place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. The location was excellent! Travis was very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this location if you want some peace and quiet with close proximity to downtown.

Nice place a little off the beaten path . Gorgeous marsh views and convenient to Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and the beach. Very spacious.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beachfront Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. The house was exactly what we were looking for – a relaxing, lowkey getaway for our family by the beach. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sand, and the home itself was well-equipped for a peaceful weekend. It had everything we needed to unwind, from the cozy couch to the backyard for evening hangouts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beach retreat!

Tony's place was exactly what we needed. Very close to the Art Center, Coliseum and an Shopping Outlet. The host was very friendly, responsive and understanding. We appreciate the details he puts to have his guests feels at home. We love the background music when you first get to the house..... was a nice welcoming after a long drive.

We booked this house for my sister's bachelorette and it was perfect for our small group! We comfortably fit 6 people in the home with all beds on the second level and common spaces on the first level. The location is quiet enough while still being close to the popular restaurant, bars, and shops. The host had great communication! My only suggestion would be to request extra toilet paper in advance and double check what kitchen supplies/cooking basics are available if you plan on making any meals. I would definitely recommend this to others looking to experience a cute Charleston residence!

This was a perfect place for my husband and I and our 3 kids! It was a quiet neighborhood with great beach access and close to shops, restaurants! This place met and exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful place in the heart of town with surrounding restaurants and stores around. The place is immaculate and kept in pristine condition. I would rent this space again without any reservations. Kimberly is responsive and communicative, which is appreciated.

Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.

We came to town for a dance competition and wanted something affordable and at the same time something nice, relaxing, private with a sense of home. Kelly's place was just that. We were able to come and go as often as needed.

The Condo was exactly as described. Thomas was very responsive with any questions we had. No issues arose at all. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Folly Beach

We loved spending the weekend in this delightful condo. Coffee on the porch overlooking the river every morning was divine. The space is so clean, cute, and thoughtfully arranged. I would certainly book again. 5 starts all around. Exactly as advertised.

We had the best time celebrating our 40th birthday at Emily's condo! She was super responsive to any questions that I had. The easy access to parking, the elevator, and the luggage carts were immediate perks. The condo was super clean. We enjoyed everyone having their own bathroom. My daughter loved the games that were there. We walked everywhere we wanted to go in Folly. It was nice not having to drive to eat, shop, or hang on the beach. The porch view was outstanding, especially at sunset. We also liked having a washer and dryer, so we didn't have to do a large amount of laundry after vacation. We have stayed in Folly many times in the past 15 years, but I think this is my most favorite place that we have ever stayed!
