The house, which is very well-equipped, is located in a smaller area with 11 houses around a pool. Adjacent to the area is a reception where you pick up keys. The rent does not include electricity consumption, it is measured on arrival and consumed electricity is paid upon departure. Electricity currently costs 7.0 Baht/kw. Bed linen and towels are available to be rented for 220 Baht/week. Please let us know when booking if you want to order this, so it will be in place in the house upon arrival. The house is smoke and pet free.

Två sovrum samt badrum i huvudbyggnad och sovrum med badrum i poolhus. Stor terrass under tak och privat pool. Inhägnad tomt med grind. Lugnt område med hus och lägenheter – mestadels svenska ägare. A fantastic holiday home that has everything. Private pool, proximity to the beach, guarded area, three houses that allow a larger group to feel secluded. Large patio with bar. Pool that has jakutsi comfortable temperature. The area is located at the genuine Thailand where you can lie on the beach all day without being disturbed by vendors. Closest smaller town is Ban Phe 5 km. From there you go by boat to Kha Samet.
