We spent some pleasant days in the accommodation, the place is very nice, clean and perfectly matches the photos. Only that it is not 1min from the lake, like 15 minutes this Viking island but it is closed and the course is not very nice to walk around. The host was very attentive from the app, but Mr. Marcos was the one who physically supported things that were lacking or not serving well in the house. They solved everything, but if there was a need for cooking utensils like a pot or pans, at first it didn't serve the hot water and the air conditioner in a room. My family and I appreciate everything and hope they take our feedback just to improve, but it's a place we will definitely recommend.

The kitchen and open space with the pool are very practical to be attentive. The pool is a good size and always at a good temperature for children to swim without a problem. Definitely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Cuernavaca! I’m a rather picky traveler when it comes to comfort, and this apartment met my expectations 100%. It’s a very clean, modern space with everything you could wish for — comfortable beds, a fridge with an ice maker, a fully equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, a BBQ area, a large terrace, and a pool with a bar, just to name a few. A special thanks to Jorge, an amazing host —very polite and attentive, always ready to help or answer any questions. I’ll definitely be back!

The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It is in very good condition and has everything you need to spend a very pleasant stay. The pool of easy access, although it was high season we did not find many people. Water temperature keeps it ideal. The kids have a lot of fun. The condominium in general is very safe and has a couple of good restaurants that help a lot if you don't want to go out to eat. Christian was always very attentive from the first contact. It helped us solve a couple of topics, very quickly and always with a very good attitude. Highly recommended to spend a few days relaxing with the family. I would return with no problem.
