We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

A truly amazing and well thought out villa worked really well for our recent holiday! The rooms were lovely and spacious and the outside space was amazing! Perfect for our 3 families and children. The location of the house provided us with access to the local beaches and really enjoyed the evening stroll/ bike ride into the main town where we enjoyed meals out in the restaurants. The pool was outstanding for both adults and children and provided hours of fun! Wouldn’t hesitate to return for another holiday.

Very pleasant stay in this recent house very well decorated and perfectly equipped. Mickaël welcomed us very warmly and took the time to explain the functioning of the house as well as the main points of interest (shops, beaches,etc.) in the area.

We had a pleasant stay in this house with exceptional services (the house has quality amenities). An owner takes great care of his hosts. The accommodation is close to the port beach, shops and market. Everything is there for a dream vacation.

A very nice house, easy to stay in. Close to the harbor, center, and beach. Coastal trail just around the corner. Quiet private garden and appreciable sheltered inner courtyard. Great stay! We'll be back!

We were so well taken care of! The house is comfortable, super clean and easy. Easy to get around. Bikes for fun outings. The pool is lovely. There are games for kids and adults to enjoy. Our host was soooo nice and accommodating. Truly, he was a wonderful host.

Fantastic holiday, stunning villa and really well equipped. We loved the pool and bbq was great too. Excellent location with easy access on bike to Saint Martin de Ré and also great beaches like Gros Joncs. Sad to leave!

Very nice house, very clean with quality amenities. Quiet place. We encountered a small problem with the pool and Thibaut was very responsive in trying to resolve the problem remotely , even if the problem was not completely resolved, but we were able to enjoy it and have a good holiday.

We all enjoyed your beautiful house. We appreciated the artistic style of the place and the relaxed feel of somewhere that is loved very much. We appreciated the design of the place and the inside and outside spaces, the generous amount of wonderful kitchen equipment, the games cupboard, the dartboard, and most of all the wonderful swimming pool was really enjoyed by everyone. We enjoyed the location very much. Being able to easily walk to the daily market, to the beach or to cafe's and restaurants lent joy and ease to our stay. We had a great time in Pascale and Laurent's house on the occasion of our annual cousinade (7 couples ). The house is just perfect: spacious, extremely well decorated with lots of charm . All the spaces in the house are appropriate both inside and out , making it feel good for 14 people . The kitchen is very very well equipped , the 4 bathrooms are great! A special mention for Fanny who welcomed us warmly, super available and with good advice and to whom we owe a house of impeccable cleanliness! This house with the sun that was at the appointment will contribute to the very good memories of our cousinade 2025 , the bar is high to find such a perfect house in 2026 ….

This rental for the WE absolutely delighted us. The house has all the necessary amenities and is well laid out. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are very nice and everything was as described. The hosting was very warm and Laetitia was extremely responsive. We already want to come back!

Excellent quiet stay in this large house, very convenient with 2 bathrooms and bedrooms away from the living room. Very well equipped and functional kitchen. The beach is accessible on foot after a walk in the pine forest.

We had a great time at Emilie's home. The environment was very quiet. The kids were able to take advantage of the heated pool. The House is well equipped . Coastal walks are directly accessible from the house. The city center is a 15mn walk and the supermarket 5 minutes by car . Access to the master suite upstairs is via a narrow spiral staircase, not suitable for young children or in case of Restricted mobility.

Perfect stay in a superb villa with very comfortable bedrooms, large rooms, an extensive furnished terrace and everything you need. Perfect and very accommodating concierge service. One regret, the temperature of the pool (though advertised heated) is much too cold and we were not able to enjoy it pleasantly. Another point very simple to improve, a single house key as a gate for 9 people is not enough. In conclusion, however, we had a very pleasant stay in a superb place with the obvious trust of the owners who left all the storage open and well filled. A property and location that I would highly recommend.
