I stayed at Greg‘s house two long weekends in September and October. I went with several friends and then I came back several weeks later with my family. big beautiful house in a lakefront setting with a really nice fire pit overlooking the lake. Gregg allowed us to use a row boat which happened to be at the property, but usually kept at another house nearby. I did some fishing from the row boat but was unsuccessful. The kitchen is well appointed, and there is a really nice propane grill on the deck. My kids loved the ping-pong table and foosball table in the basement. You should bring your own drinking water as the well water has a sulfur smell.

This is our third stay at Kevin’s place. It is a home that has brought wonderful family memories for us over the years. The stunning lakefront views, large porch area and sleeping arrangements are perfect for two small families. The game area is perfect for a few drinks and dock on the lake perfect for fishing!

A Perfect Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at Karen’s beautiful lakefront home! From the moment we booked, Karen was amazing with communication—super responsive, helpful, and so accommodating. She made everything so easy and stress-free. The house itself was spotless and smelled so fresh when we arrived—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and it was clear that Karen puts a lot of care into making her guests feel comfortable. The location is absolutely stunning—tucked away in a peaceful spot right on the lake. We loved having access to the boats during the day, and in the evenings, sitting around the firepit with family under the stars was just perfect. It was everything we needed for a relaxing escape. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful retreat with a host who really goes above and beyond. This was my first time visiting Lake George and Mikes place was the perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful beautiful surroundings all while being very accessible to downtown. The home has a lovely cabin decor and is very comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone coming up to the area and will certainly book when we return

Nancy is a responsive host who provides clear instructions and offers local recommendations. The apartment we stayed in worked perfectly for our ski weekend at mount snow with 2 teens. Plenty of room and amenities within to foster a fun and relaxed family weekend. The maple syrup for purchase was a delicious touch. Would definitely stay again if we returned to the area.

My wife and I had a great time in Schroon Lake and the apartment was in a perfect location to enjoy everything the town had to offer… it was especially nice having a fire and looking out at the lake. The beds were very comfortable and the place was super clean…. We would definitely go back again.

Wonderful stay. Went to the mountain for some winter fun. Also, she was kind enough to let us use her kitchen in the main house since the house only came with a kitchenette. Thank you!

We loved staying at Porcupine cabin and look forward to renting again in the future. The host was so nice and communicative during our stay - she even left snowshoes for us to use! We will be inquiring about the attached house to stay with our whole family, but the little cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway from the busyness of life. The cabin had everything we needed and was exactly as described. It was so cozy and we even had snow while we were there, which was exciting for us since the area we come from didn’t really have snow this year. This was our first time renting an Airbnb and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. ☺️

We enjoyed our stay at Melody Manor. The unit was immaculate and had everything you need. The view was fabulous! We were there in the off season so it was quiet - but, just what we were looking for. I can see how this would be a great place to stay in the summer - pool, tennis/pickle ball, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. Very happy with Rose and how responsive she was - will definitely consider staying here again if we are back in Lake George!

This lakeside gem was the setting for one of the most restful and beautiful stays we’ve ever had with Airbnb. I loved sitting every morning on their porch to take in the first bit of morning light, and every suggestion made by our host was better than the last. I’ve visited Vermont several times, but I was blown away by all of the hidden treasure suggested by our host - everything from thrift shops to the best cafes. My two kids had a blast here as well. I would highly recommend for couples, families, or friend groups looking to have fun together.

Paul’s place is exactly, if not better, than the pictures. Everything in the unit seems new, including appliances, decor, furniture, etc. The A/C units also were new and worked very well. His communication and flexibility really went above and beyond. I already have recommended this location to friends who are local to the area (like I am) and just want to get away on the lake. Would visit here again!

John’s place was set in a beautiful location and both John and Valerie were friendly and attentive. Would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing getaway!

The main intention behind our visit to Banjo's Cottage was to disconnect and it proved to be absolutely perfect for doing just that. Cozy decor, manageable layout, well-stocked kitchen, no TV, beautiful grounds, convenient location...Lesley and her family provided it all in spades. We read books, completed a puzzle, took in the stars and enjoyed the silence. 20 mins south of Middlebury, and just over an hour south of Burlington...this place offers prime seclusion, as well as easy access to areas of interest. Lesley is always responsive and eager to accommodate. Special shoutout for ensuring we were fully prepared to stay somewhere new with a 13-month old. Pack 'n Play, highchair, outlet covers, toys and books...all generously offered upon arrival. Reading through the log it becomes apparent that this place holds a magical quality to all those who visit. We definitely hope to be back some day.

We had a great time! Jonathan was very responsive and answered every questions. Jonathan knew we were coming for fishing and since the weather was not cooperating he allowed us to check in earlier. His flexibility was appreciated by my husband who caught 3 huge bass the first day! The place is exactly how it is described. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. We enjoyed the scenery and felt relaxed and rejuvenated. Home is well stocked and clean. Great board game collection for fun evenings. Saratoga Springs is 35 minutes away for great restaurants and night life but plenty of local restaurant and pizzerias 10 to 15 minutes away. Overall great place with great host! We will definitely be back! Thank you again Jonathan for everything!

Had the absolute best time here. Would come back again & again. The views are incredible and the cabins are perfect for a cozy/relaxing stay. Everyone else staying at the blue lagoon was so friendly.

Our stay here was great! We enjoyed hanging by the fire pit and that everything we needed was on site. We also loved using the kayaks across the street. The cabin was great, had all the basics for the kitchen and had some fun games which we played!

Lenore’s Place made us feel right at home. The cozy fireplace setting is perfect for a cold day. Lenore even baked delicious fresh banana muffins and was so gracious. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The decorating was very well done. This space provided a very tranquil one night stay for us.

We spent a weekend and had our two kids and one dog with us. It was a little cabin set near multiple other cabins, and was perfectly functional for our needs. We used it as a home base to go hiking, biking, and fishing. If you’re into biking, Slate Valley trails are incredible and the local gravel roads are too. It was our 2nd time at Lake St Catherine, and we love the area. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and we’d definitely come again!
