"Alba" Apartment - Farmhouse on Lake Como

"Alba" is a lovely independent apartment in our farm stay (Agriturismo Conca Sandra). The apartment is located in a recently renovated historic building, surrounded by the nature of our organic farm. At a short distance from Lake Como and Varenna (20 minutes of steep walking/ 5 minutes by car) you will experience an atmosphere out of time: a blooming garden, the cultivated countryside, the lake, and the mountains in the background. Our structure is fully eco-sustainable.

Completely independent with private access, it is located in the basement of our house. Ideal for lovers of tranquility, with a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. Possibility to take advantage of the garden and parking available. Outdoor fireplace ideal for moments of sharing in front of the fire and terrace area with grill.

The vegetable garden

The apartment is located in a typical fishermen's house completely renovated that overlooks Lake Como next to one of the most renowned beaches, Riva Bianca. From the house you can enjoy a splendid view. The house does not face the road directly so as not to disturb the peace and relaxation. In front there is a garden with a vegetable garden, a beautiful lawn and direct access to the lake promenade. My place is good for couples, families and furry friends (pets).

The apartment is on the second floor, consisting of a large living room with a sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms (double) and a panoramic balcony overlooking Mount Grigna and the surrounding mountains. Offers modern accommodation open space with breathtaking views of Lake Como. the agriturism was a barn and it was converted using ecosustainable principles. Agriturismo Fulet is located near the lake. My accommodation is suitable for couples, alone adventurers, business travelers and families with children

Rustic Caverda

The cottage was created by renovating an old barn. All the furniture that makes up the home's furnishings was handcrafted in solid wood by the host. The house is equipped with a photovoltaic system, making it environmentally friendly. The cottage is in a very quiet and sunny area.
